1. Avoiding music.
2. Wearing ankle length pants first at home and then slowing even outside.
3. Doing Istighfar in every prayer before doing Salam!

Thankyou Raja Zia bhai for this series. The dunya is busy focusing on the physical self while ignoring the spiritual self. Just as we have physical needs, we also have spiritual needs. The food and requirements for it are the prayers, duas, zikr of Allah SWT, helping others, avoiding zina, avoiding jealousy, taqwa, tawakkul, helping the needy and orphans, giving sadqah and zakaat, talking good, controlling anger, having a good character, enjoining what is good and forbidding evil, having patience, fulfilling rights of Allah's creation, fasting. May Allah SWT help us achieve our Spiritual goals. Ameen.

In those surveys when these type of patients were kept aways from those sins they started getting better spiritually.Every sin affects our life ,it's quality, harmony every thing.May Allah grant us real Tauba ameen
