The country belongs to the people, not to politicians or judges. Both executive and judiciary behave as if they are supreme. It's the legislature that's supreme. Sadly, in a majority concept, executive and Legislative are the same. The constitution ensures that. That's a flaw.
The executive can't be put on the Supreme category as our law makers are not so high in moral grounds and they are always ready to undermine the constitutional ethos and citizens rights for gaining anything in their own interests.

It is time that the judiciary examines the operation of constitution under an umbrella of "secularism" which is operating like a knife. While some are using it as a vegetable cutter and yet another set is using it as a murdering weapon. The circumstance of inserting secularism in the constitution itself is questionable. Let the judiciary ponder over this issue and take a sustainable stand.
This justice is becoming extraconstitutional authority. Needs to be pruned. India respects the constitution, and even judiciary needs to be in its limit.
One more last issue of utmost importance , the Law Enforcement, without which it means that law has lost its teeth. Will a law enforcing Ombudsman do or would the police suffice ? Enforcement of even civil cases, where it severely lags behind.
Similarly judiciary should respect the duties of the executive... they should not try to trample over the powers of the executive in controlling the rowdyism and lawlessness.

Executive ‘s obligations, need for better governance and such other factors can ‘t be ignored completely and attempts should be to have a workable balance in approaches of Executive and Judiciary. People are taking stay order and that case pending unlimited days by which poor workers suffered alot and by suffering they may die so it is earnestly request to supreme lord pl.consider stay order because the poor workers have no money to fight in supreme court pl consider the matter save the poor people.
