@@IEVEXIincorrect, a pre/normal adult husky at its full growth size isn’t that “huge”. A Alaskan Malamute grows, very big in a very, “short” time, so no, huskies are not bigger than a malamute. (Edit, now huskies could be stronger, but very doubtful since both dogs have been used for sleighs, and “cargo carrying” in snowy, conditions, but going based off of size, the malamute may be able to carry more “heavy loads” making it stronger, but huskies may have the it upper hand of stamina, and agility, but what can I say, I’m just s dog person.

We have a Siberian Husky. Big girl at only 5 1/2 mths! As big as my American Bulldogs just not as muscular. She's tan with black tips and a black racing stripe. Her nickname is "Puff-a-lump"! Giggle!

@@6ft7guy I know a good amount of the Husky, I had a wolf for a very short time when I was young, I mostly been around pitbulls. I rescued the Husky and ohm. All I read about did no justice to how crazy they truly are. I sent her to a guy I know who just moved out here form cali. He loves her takes her to parks a lot more than I could. I think Husky truly truly belong in the wild. Big energy dogs.

If that truly is a Siberian Husky, it's one of the smallest I've ever seen...
I was wondering if it's very young
Could be an Alaskan Klee Kai (small husky breed) or a pomsky (or other mix) instead of an pure siberian husky :) also the fur is not very long. Or it could be young. But there are also smaller athletic huskys ("work huskys"), not only the tall plushie ones ("show huskys"). Another point: Unfortunately the most huskys are overweight, it is very common to see bigger huskys :( so the smaller huskys will not be seen as huskys. It depends I would say.

@@All_glory_to_jesus_huskies are much smaller then Malmutes, huskies are only 60 to 90 pounds, while some malmutes get up to 200 pounds
@@TROLLINGTROLLY-sc7cv so I got a husky n I did some research idk if that’s a Siberian Husky or maybe a female husky n I heard they go form 10-22 inches n the mal goes up to 24 n more I believe but the mal does get to 80 pounds ok ave n the Siberian to 40-50 but the mal r known for having way bigger coats n that’s the reason I can’t get one, that would kill my girls allergies, it’s not that bad but w a mal yes would b horrific. I have a Pitbul n my husky at 2 and a half months alrdy is longer than my pitbul. But yeah I think that’s a Alaskan Klee kai

@@All_glory_to_jesus_ ita muzzle seems a bit 2 long to be a klee Kai, it could possibly be a huskie puppy. Also when huskies don't have fluffy hair they look smaller.

Ok...to clear up a few misconceptions here. The big fluffy one is a full grown malamute...the husky is just a puppy. So it's an unfair comparison between a full grown or close to full grown malamute and husky puppy.

It’s not a pure breed malamute then. Malamutes don’t have blue eyes, you’ve got some husky blood in there somewhere.

my malamute lays out in +30 full sun in summer, I can't even drag back inside. it is the same in -30 lol, their coats keep them warm in the cold and cool in the heat!
@@anneonnamouse5496yes indeed lol I found this one when I took my pup Siberian husky for a long walk and as soon as she went into a pond she got all her energy back no short of breath nothing, we got home and my pitbul was dead while the husky was running around the house doing donuts looking like a 17 year old with a husky 😊

Both are so cuddley and FLOOF, but the malamute is just the older sibling looning ass haha. Also, I rarely see malamutes with blue eyes like Huskies. Do malamutes ever yield blue eyes?
No it is forbidden for malamutes to have blue eyes, it is a disqualifying fault for breeders :) Malamutes have brown eyes and huskys could have brown eyes, blue eyes or green eyes or two-eyed with two colours from above, like brown and blue (most common for two-eyed huskys)
the only way a malamute would have blue eyes is if it is mixed with something else 🤗 cheers

Malamules can only have brown eyes, while Husky have to have blue.

That is not a malamute puppy. It’s body is too thin, chest to small, coat to shoot, ears to high on the head, and tail not curled or fluffed out enough.

The Giant Malamutes can weigh up to 150 pounds. The same size as an adult Grey Wolf.
That is not purebred Malamute... not even close. Hair is too long and woolie, one ear is down, face mask is wrong. Maybe Malamute-like, surely not purebred.

I have 2 malamute females crossed with timber wolf. They are about 107 lbs. Very friendly siblings and don't understand English unless you have a treat 😮

In fact a siberian husky is not a huge dog at all :) it belongs to the "medium sized dog breed" if thats correct in english, not to the huge breed. There are many dogs that are bigger, like German Shepherds (or Shepherds in general), Rottweiler, Doberman, Bernese Mountain Dog and so on :) but of course its bigger than the small breeds.
