This month I’ve been assessing my shopping habits to see whether this move alone will reduce my monthly spend on food. I don’t have a food budget but this year I’ve noticed that we are spending at least £600 per month on groceries. This month I’m trying to stick to £500 tops.
We are a household of 5; 2 adults, 2 teens plus 1 ten year old. Whilst I don’t think that £600 is astronomical I’m wondering whether I’ll be able to make the changes without my family realising.

I am. But it’s usually rebating from place like Waitrose etc. I have so many free drinks including things like prefect ted tea - lots, vegan milk etc. These products are good for years like 2026. Those LU bakery biscuits are very yummy and delicious - w had them for £1.35 per box. Try the butter biscuits so yummy and delicious with / out chocolate etc. going to hospital for X-ray and ct scan now. An idiot in an electric wheelchair ran over my foot on a bus about 10 days ago. Very painful and sore. He can walk and can’t operate it a safe way as alcoholic etc.
That’s the type of things I would buy!!

We cook in our oven. And started baking homemade short bread biscuits easy recipe it is

No, I’m not an over buyer.. there’s only the 2 of us at home now and we are pensioners, so have to stick to a budget
