MrKhanr7
Do you know Ghazzali was denounced and his books burned during his life time?
He is still a Muslim. Define me the meaning of a Muslim?
He was denounced by deviants and khawarij nothing to do with not being a Muslim.....

Asalamualaikum to friends and foes alike.
I just wanna say beneficial knowledge is light let try to seek it where ever we gets it.

Great video brother :)
please do more info videos about Imam Al Ghazali, he inspired me so much!
God existed, and nothing, absolutely nothing else existed! He is the Creator of everything! He created time, place, direction, Paradise, Hellfire, the Arsh (Throne) and so on. He existed before creating the creations and after creating them, He did not change! Change is the most significant sign of the creation! God/Allaah exists without a place and time does not lapse on Him!!!
Also among the creations are clouds, the sky, light and darkness. Allaah does not need His creation, rather His creations all need Him. Whatever you imagine in your mind Allaah is different from it!
Jazakallahu khayr
Nice video

The Beauty Islam ...
And 1st comment;)
Peace. These are amazing. Thank You.
There is one inquiry: at the end, it was said that "the highest form of Knowledge is Experiential Knowledge." Yet, as much as I may concur, that leaves my heart confused. Because, based on the prefaced material (& my lowly stage of logic), it would seem that the Highest level of Knowledge would be Inspiration (IL~Hamm). Dr. Umar Faruq mentions something ancillary to that in his most recent discourses as well. I've been really struggling to understand it..?
Brother...a quick question for you...does it really matter?
The story of Chinese and byzantine is actually from masnavi of moulana Rumi, it is not ghazali, by the way good explanation through graphics.
Hasan Ali Qadri the story is from ghazalis book “al-munqidz”
please mention the end rhythm. Its beautiful.
dher
subhanalaah what knowledge he had ?
5th viewr!!!!!!
I have a question, what does the paint represent in the example of the competition between the roman and the chinese?
where can i find the nasheed at the end?
Jazzakhala Khairan.
How do you cut ties with this world?
Is it important to grow older to get beautiful revealations because I'm young and I have been blessed with the ability to write poetry that can be beneficial and I don't take hours to try to write its just reveals into heart and I put it into words and I'm only able to write beautifully and feel peace when I'm spiritually strong and days when my imaan is low I can't write
taeshu 123 I have been going through the same path
"The intellect cannot master the knowledge of both worlds causing tension."
Should we stop learning sciences and devote ourself to the knowledge of the next world?
When we become hypocrite then everything become confusing
@@dreamswimmer521 That didn't answer the question, please elaborate.
@@hassaanr60 it means what we preach or know we don't practise.individually.
The story of the Byzantines and the Chinese is from Mathanawi Rumi, right?
Rumi came decades after al-Ghazali died.
Mooi gedaan waren ze maar ondertiteld in het nederlands
Can you give the reference book name?
pls add his biography
From which book of Imam Ghazali, this piece of information is taken?
Is all this from imam ghazalis works??
is this all from ihya uloomudheen?
Yes, you are right.
and no one can become prophet. God choses
ASIT CICI well there are 2 type of prophets
The great chosen ones such as Jesus (pbh) Moses (pbh) Mohammad(pbh) and etc.
And the ones such as imam Al ghazali, in our days and time dr. Zakir Naik, and some other ones that I can’t remember right now but they are doing they same thing but in a lesser degree.
Cause a prophet is suppose to pass the prophecy, a prophet is also known as messenger and a message le is passing/spreading the message of god to the people. Now ask yourself this isn’t dr.naik passing the message of Allah (god) to the people (obviously not like Mohammad(pbh) but in lesser scale he is doing that job.
Brother I pray that almighty grant us all to be messenger of his religion so we can pass the message of peace to the world
Prophet Muhammad was THE LAST Prophet and Messenger! He is the Seal of the Prophets, peace be upon him. To claim anyone that came after Prophet Muhammad alayhi wa salaatu wa salam is against the belief of the Muslims, therefore one must take the shahadah immediately to enter Islam while leaving this false belief out by saying: there is no god but Allaah, and MuHammad is the Messenger of Allaah. A Prophet is someone who received revelation from God, like Moses, Jesus, Abraham, Noah, Adam and so on, may peace be upon them all. Allaah revealed the knowledge pertaining to the Prophets and Messengers in the Quran. Do not take your Religion from anyone! Be very careful, and take the Religion only from a trustworthy source who has a chain that goes back to the Messenger of God sallAllaahu alayhi wa salam. Imam al Ghazali is Not a Prophet, however he is a highly righteous and regarded Muslim in the Nation of Prophet Muhammad alayhi salam! He is a great benefit to this nation may Allaah have Mercy on him. The other person mentioned must be warned against and anyone who values their Hereafter would not take from the likes of him. Beware of many of those who are popular these days, as the Prophet warned that there will be people who immitate the Muslims in act, dress, look and yet will be preachers to the gates of Hellfire! Anyone who lends them an ear, will surely be thrown in. That is, those who are not careful and take their Religion from false preachers will be misguided by them! Seek the people of guidance when it comes to your Religion! What is more important for you than leaving this life with the CORRECT BELIEF? Seek the authentic knowledge of the Religion for the True Success!!! In this life AND in the Hereafter!
And Allaah knows best.
There is inspiration still exist and Guidance Allah Guided who ever he wishes
How to work like the Chinese?
Zapy it is very very tough but by grace of Allah you can attain it, removing envy hatred jealousy etc from your heart you can attain it.
why does mastering the knowledge of both worlds cause tension?
Worldly knowledge can sometimes cause tension with knowledge of God -- however, the tension disappears when you learn to glorify God through the obtained worldly knowledge. :) If you learn to praise Him while learning about this world, then why should there be need of tension?
Yhasii iii i agree
but how can you tell who has a pure heart?
@Bashart Ali Jazakallah khairian Akhi
In what book of Imam Al Ghazali did he say that the two forms of knowledge i.e Divine and science or studies of this world are incompatible? ( I question this because Allah tells us to seek out knowledge around us so we can appreciate Him more and increase our God-conscious). Quran and studies of this world are perfectly compatible, I've heard that Ghazali has been misinterpreted by many Muslims to be anti science (which he was not) which one part of this video eludes to as well. May we please get to which book or writings in specific did he elude to that knowledge can only be a one way thing either path of divine or worldly? or where he says that those two are in clash?
They are not incompatible, But there is always a tension between them...
Like scientific Economic system of West vs Devine Economic system of Islam...,
Democratic political system vs Divine Political system (shura).
Like Concept of Hereafter,
Concept of Jinns and Aliens
Concept of Devil
They are quite Contradicting...
Aren't they????
Why does he say God like that
I thought the story of the Byzantine and the Chinese was the Chinese was mastery of painting and the Byzantine the masters of polishing stone as is known from history.
How to work like the Chinese?
Story is by Rumi. Romans and Chinese. Chinese paint and Romans polish the stone.
0:51 Isn't anger supposed to be haram?
Not when you have to show it to the devil
Darkblade
Anger in general is a bad trait and is very much disliked. however for example someone is trying to harm a family member, it is natural and right to get angry (if the situation requires this or harm will take place). So even anger has a place.
This is only my opinion only.
Expressing Anger towards antisocial elements is sign of Iman. Like against a aggressors
transaltion of imam ghazali qoutes or saying in english is good,, but at many times i felt the selections of word wrong ,, which changes the sense of meaning,, like the use of word ANGER,,doest not fit to the real qoute,, because anger is something haram
Bismillah.
Assalamu'alaikoem everyone.
Al lot of the criticisms here are done inadequately and inappropriately and others have a wrong impression of al ghazzaali. As for people like us; we can better refer the matter to the likes of sheikh al islam Ibn taymiyyah and other prominent scholars.
What some do not know about al ghazzaali is that at the end of his life he turned away from Ilm Al kalaam and so on.
The following is a part from this link
islamqa.info/en/answers/13473/who-was-al-ghazzaali
" that A glance at Iljaam al-‘Awwaam ‘an ‘Ilm al-Kalaam will prove to us that he had indeed changed in
many ways:
1 - In this book he advocated the belief of the salaf, and pointed out that the way of the salaf was
the truth, and that whoever went against them was an innovator or follower of bid’ah.
2 - He emphatically denounced ta’weel (interpretation of the attributes of Allaah in a manner that
differs from their apparent meaning). He advocated affirming the attributes of Allaah and not
misinterpreting them in a manner that would lead to denying the attributes of Allaah.
3 - He emphatically denounced the scholars of ‘ilm al-kalaam and described all their principles and"
So be careful brothers and sisters of what we say. Try to refer matters to the scholars.
The Chinese and Byzantines analogy is reversed. Byzantine were the saints and Chinese were learned means skilful. Don’t mix this medieval analogy with modern outlook. Where Asian cultures were seen as saintly and zenlike and west is seen as materialistic knowledge. It was a different era.
"Chinese and Byzantine" is a whacked out story....
Ghazali = Persian
stop drawing a cloud and saying it is God
only illustration
sorry mister! you are wrong. One cannot become a prophet with his greater knowledge or well power. it is very Contrary to the Quran. Quran says that Prophets are chosen by Allah and the criteria Allah has not revealed. I would like to hear your thoughts.
better to choose Japan than Chinese... Japanese more sainthood than Chinese...
This is a concept of sufism and not what prophet mohammed s. A. W taught us...
Owais Khan lol what did prophet pbuh do prior to revelation? MEDITATION in a Cave! People always look at his after revelation life, follow his prior ways too! He was Habibullah
Let's see you teach us something better
