- Neverwinter’s 30th module, As Above, So Below - Return to Pirates’ Skyhold, is available now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles! This major update for the free-to-play Dungeons & Dragons MMORPG has adventurers journey back in time and embark on new quests in the home of the most daunting pirates, the Pirates’ Skyhold - an Adventure Zone originally introduced when Neverwinter launched in 2013. With the surprise return of the Pirates’ Skyhold filled with sky-faring pirates, adventurers join a trusty crew and discover the zone has been completely revamped and improved bringing epic challenges and a multitude of secrets to uncover! In addition to bringing back a beloved Adventure Zone, the module introduces an unvaulted and improved dungeon, “The Dread Vault” which has transformed into “The Dread Sanctum”, brand new Heroic Encounters, Named Encounters and Quest Encounters, new rewards, along with quality-of-life improvements.

Thank you for the reworked campaign and dungeon. The campaign brought back memories and clearing the dungeon was fun.

Please bring back the vaulted skirmishes.
I enjoyed this map too. I want a more meaningful Helms Hold unvaulted. Elemental Evil was good. But it needs something epic at such a great location
They can't even fix a bow and arrow glitch with the Winters Gaze companion that I've tried to ask about a few times over the years and they just can't be bothered. It's unfortunate. This game defined me for the longest of times
It was my favorite map nice it's back we still have more maps that have been vault hope they bring them back like this

@@nerdError0XF tends to happen when they decide to randomly ruin everything you like about the game for several times. It is a wonder how the game is still going on after so many disasters they put it through, barely that is.

I just found out about this game 1/16/25. Currently playing bg3 and saw this was out. I have been desperately searching for a substitute for table rop for decades....is this worth the download? I will look into this more soon. Just started act 3 in bg3 so....maybe after that....or.....another playthrough then.....oh dang did that edible start.....shoot

Why doesn't every neck item, when changed in appearance, display Angel Wings? It's just that when I changed the item in my neck my Angel Wings stopped showing up. ((( Farm 20,000 the Grace of Zariel so hard, I'm healer
I absolutely love this game. And I'm not one to judge a game by its graphics. I still enjoy plenty of pixel RPGs old and new. But this has just gotten stale. It's been what? Over a decade now? It's like Ark Survival Ascended for me. I adore the game. But after a decade it's gotten dated. GTA V is the same. Maybe I'll check this out. But the last 2 or 3 years of updates just haven't held onto me. For more than a month or two tops.
Hello! I am very much tormented by one question. Why does it only get worse for players after each update ? The chance of getting loot in the dungeons is very small ! The chance of normal loot falling out of chests for donating keys is super small!!! (I bought 130 chests of Auril and there is NO satellite, only garbage. Opened 30 chests of keys, and Tom also only green garbage.) In the new location, all roads are crooked and you can't drive on them - the horse gets stuck! I don't say anything about freezes lags and bugs. I'm tired of reading excuses that everything is fine and working as planned. =(
Is this the new path? Remove a zone, make a few changes, push it out and call it a new module? Seriously? Just given up on creating new content?
They in the process of switching dev teams, so its understandable. iirc they said that the next 2 modules (at least) will be something completely new, so we will see how they will do there
and i mean.. i dont mind them returning old cool zones. but yea, really hope it will have more new stuff in the next modules

@@seansopata5121 they started actievly switching teams since the start of the year. and this very year they released two reworked campaigns. before that they made completely new 3 northdark modules and 2 wild space ones. what are you even talking about?

@@seansopata5121 like only a month or a little more ago most of original team was fired.. kinda showing the ending stage of oboarding of new team.
also the teams are very very different (mostly based in one office in one city vs world wide international team). not even mentioning the game being this obscure 10+ year old thing made with custom engine, also split into multiple platforms with a lot of differences between PC and consoles. you obviously have no idea how complex game dev is bro

I didn't even know this game still existed. I heard they removed the dungeon creator from it, which was the only unique thing about this game. May as well play Final Fantasy XI or Lord of the Rings Online.

Also this game has a very great action, it addition to great setting and it deserves a try just for that. I really cant play any other mmo after playing Neverwinter, their gameplay feels so poor and junky in comparison

Action in both is not even 1/10 of action in NW. And also they both are just really repetative and boring, i couldnt even last more than 10 hours in any of them
You can play tic tac toe, but Final Fantasy and Lord of the Rings are different genres both theme wise and combat wise.

Way too much P2W in this game and then they removed a ton of content just to bring it back as new content! You guys killed your own game years ago souless game 10000% waste of time which is sad because I love the world and combat of this game just wish it had better devs and publisher

Allot of people have said they wouldn't mind if it moved to a subscription server at least that way there would be some sort of quality of life vs copy-pasting the same known bugs they are paid enough to bother fixing lol.
