I wonder why other videos taken with the LG G6 isn't as good as yours. Granted, this one was in broad daylight. Was it shot on 4k or 1080p or 720p? I've been debating against myself whether to buy this phone or not. And you've made a very strong case for it.
+astigmatik Hi, thanks for the comment. Yes the video quality is very good under bright lighting. Unfortunately in lower light it's really not the best (check out our Bose 2017 update video, for example). It was definitely not shot in 4k. I think it was shot in Full HD.
Depends. If you're more of a auto point-and-shoot kind of person and like more saturated photos, go with the Galaxy S7. However, if you are handy with manual settings and appreciate the possibility of wide angle shots, then the LG G6 is your phone!
Can u tell is there any different from 4:3 (13mp) and 18:9 (8.7mp) in regular cos i always using the 18:9 (8.7mp) just to make the display looks full in my phone. Did the 4:3(higher mp) looks better than 18:9 (lower mp) ? Thanks
Thank you Uki. Remember that not all devices are 18:9 physically. So if you do take photos in that aspect ratio, some letterboxing / cropping will appear on other devices (e.g. computers, tablets). Higher MP will always record more information, which means even if you crop, you can still get decent quality.
Uki Armin well its a personal preference. I do not like so much wide angle cause I do not want the photos to have unnecessary ectra space on right or left. It depends on how you compose and balace your photos.

I have this phone. It's a great phone. I have an iPhone 7 too, but this is the one I like to use.
