IPEGA game controllers has four game modes and they are:
GamePad Mode (X + Home)
Keyboard Mode (A + Home)
iCade Mode (B + Home)
SPP Mode + iPega Gaming Desktop (Y + Home)
When playing games such as Mobile Legends, Call of Duty mobile or Pubg you will need Keyboard mode (A+Home) and a key mapper app to work. There are free and paid key mapper in the app store, but the best one I've used so far is ShootingPlusV3. It's a free app and this is what I used for this video.
Playing mobile legends on a game controller is a different gaming experience because you will use 3 fingers instead of just your thumb. I also prefer playing shooting games like PUBG and COD mobile on the controller because I like pulling the trigger on R2 instead of tapping the screen.
I used IPEGA PG-9099 and Vivo V17 Pro in this video.
Steps on how to play any game on a gamepad controller:
1. Download ShootingPlusV3
2. Bind controller using Home+A
3. Check ShootingplusV3 and make sure it is connected to the controller
4. Download mapping to shortcuts
5. Load game and load mapping from shorcut
6. If you want to change mapping just drag and drop to the desired soft buttons
7. Play the game!

samasung galaxy A50 with ipega pg-9076 (batman BT gamepad) does not work, not sure if its the phone or where the issue is, i havent tried with different phones

U should choose the direct play mode which is home button + A..if u choose home button + X, u will get a message device disconnected like i did..hope this helps u

If you are having issues with Shootingprov3 just install older version of app, for example ShootingPlus V3_vv3.0.1.195_apkpure.com.apk works like charm for me,
Mig right thumbstick is lagging like hell its look like i have 1000 in sens and i cant turn 360 degrees. Otherwise it works good..

@@Petiksmode Thanks bro. I studied all the buttons for Shooting plus, turns out they are very useful like the binding of left stick, and define button combinations, you can practically play all kinds of games including MOBAs for their skills. I even tried using Macro and the sliding functions.
sa mga hindi ma detect yung mga gamepad controllers nila, try niyo i-disable yung mga servcies under :accesibility" sa settings. may bug ata sa android na kapag naka on, nagloloko mga gamepad controllers. Yung sa akin may auto tap app ako, tapos dinis able ko lang sa accesibility services, tapos okay na connection ng ipega controller ko.

ShootingPlus V3 wont detect my Ipega-9099 giving me an error prompt ("The bluetooth module is not yet ready, please try again later."), but its working on ppsspp and clearly detected by Octopus, did you upgrade/update your 9099? what verion of shootingplus v3 are you using? android version of your phone?
my phone is Pocophone F1 (SD845)
V3.0.1.222 and my 9099 is out of the box I did no upgrade yet

Your phone might have mediatek processor because this controller wont work on some mediatek devices it's even in the manual of the box
