I think this video really says more about the type of Hunter these guys are. I consider Jeff & Don to be Deer farmers more than Deer Hunters, which if you own enough acers is Great. Dan is a Public land seek & Destroy Big Buck killer. Hard to compete with anywhere. A guy stripping down to bare feet in the November mud to sneak up on Bucks & shoot them in their Bed.There's a huge difference in mind sets between what Dan does, and Setting up the whole environment to Both Grow, and pattern Giant Bucks for Harvest. Don often patterns Bucks for years Before Harvest, that's more a kin to raising a prize pig for the fair than, Hunting a pressured, educated, public land Giant.
I don't watch much Sturgis material anymore now that he's pretty much a farm and permanent stand hunter, since I hunt public land. I love Dan Infalt and his disciples, the Hunting Public. I noticed Sturgis struggles on the public land hunting challenges.

This means wind in your face, walking like you were in a mine field listening for that dreaded CLICK which is a branch in our case or even a safety on a gun. Than we elevate in our stands which often silhouettes hunters than tend too stand and sit along with fidgeting which deer easily see. Lastly wear a hood and paint the face too break up contours like cheek lines and noses that deer spot a mile away. Than we can talk about weather. If folks can't master basic hunting skills, the best new magical kill more deer item is rendered worthless. Master the basics and it starts with hunt deer like they have guns. Clean access trail that is out of site of deer, wind in the face Ideally, blended in and sitting still. Coupled with great weather, great success is often achieved.
why's dan always gotta wear stuff like that, its just asking for negative attention. if he wants to become a hunting influencer he will bring that negativity with him whever hes published. cant he just keep it about the hunting? if he was my younger brother I would make fun of him and tell him to grow up
