    6:51 - I disagree here. We could trade Mikal to Houston for our Picks. Time will tell if we can send out a package or two for an All-NBA Star. Sean Marks decided to stay in a holding pattern, hoping to receive fuel mid-air. At this rate, either he knows what he's doing, or Joe Tsai is gonna hire a new pilot for a complete rebuild

    Still need an explanation in why the Grizzlies were not in the best futures video. Ja, Vince Willians, GG, and Jaren Jackson are all under 25. Not to mention Desmond Bane. They also have all their 1st round picks. How is that not a top 10 future in the league?

      @pimpnamedslickback7780 fair enough. Brunson and Divincenzo are both 27. Mitchel, OG, and Hartenstein are all 26. This team's core is gonna stay strong for the next 3-4 years at most*. I think Randle might be a problem, since he becomes 30 this year, but they got the draft capital to take care if that. Edit:That said, I wouldn't put then top 5 futures. That's just ridiculous.

    • @bkelly625

      Ja is apparently too unpredictable off court (I think he’s reigned it in) and GG Jackson is a scrub and overrated prospect like Killian Hayes and they don’t have another way to elevate to a true contender. That’s what he said in discord

      Trading 3 first round picks and 4 first round pick swaps to Houston for the Harden trade will set us back.

    Warrior's future is bleak. Once Bob Myers left, they have bombed on roster construction, whiffing on every draft pick outside of maybe Podeimzski. Curry is slowing down and Green has always been overrated. Wiggins can thrive as a third or fourth option for another couple years but doesnt have what it takes to be a 1st or 2nd. Especially being in the West, they will be picking in the lottery for the next 4 years at least.

    I think that SGA and Jalen Williams both will finish their careers as top 75 players All-Time and win at least one ring together so the PG trade will then go down as the worst in NBA history and I thought it was terrible for the Clippers when they did it. But I’ve always been high on SGA and somewhat of a PG hater. Clippers were in same position now as when they had Cp3 and Blake Griffin and were a solid team again the year before trading for PG so I don’t believe that trade saved the narrative of their franchise by any means but it did help ticket sales short term

    • @UtilitySports
      @UtilitySports  2 месяца назад

      They got Kawhi Leonard to come to the Clippers and not the Lakers. It’s the first time in NBA history a top 5 player in the league chose the Clippers

      @@UtilitySports It turned out terrible though the man has been hurt 4 straight playoffs and the Thunder might become a dynasty or a contender for many years directly because for the PG trade while the Clippers are featured on your worst futures in the NBA video already

    • @UtilitySports
      @UtilitySports  2 месяца назад

      @@bkelly625 "might" become a dynasty. Here's the thing. LAC didn't trade Holmgren there. They traded one great player and picks. The Clippers won more games by a significant margin for half a decade. You can't erase the last five years in an attempt to being forward-thinking. Sam Presti has done a good job building the team from post-PG trade. Only two of the primary pieces came directly from LAC. The Clippers put themselves into contention and if their best player stayed healthy they "might" have won. You can't judge a trade from 5 years ago because of tomorrow's outlook. You need to look at the wholistic view. Thunder fans had to watch multiple years of February-April tanking while the Clippers made their first ever conference finals.

    • @bkelly625
      @bkelly625 2 месяца назад

      @@UtilitySports The plan the entire time was to rebuild the first year just went better than expected… Presti’s vision is long term and still unfolding and it’s nothing but bright days ahead for Okc and all downhill for the Clippers and all of their previous seasons disappointmented their fans while Okc fans knew the team was tanking on purpose. If the Thunder win a championship that’s definitely the worst trade ever basically one superstar and a pick that became a star and more picks +Gallinari for one star who is 8 and 11 years older than Okc’s stars they got and is often injured and chokes in playoffs (I know Kawhi came too but he’s always hurt). With a ring for Okc that’s the worst trade ever I don’t think there is an argument it won’t be and it’s already lopsided no matter how you look at it

    • @UtilitySports
      @UtilitySports  2 месяца назад

      You’re right it is lopsided so far
