I used to love AP Leona with Everfrost. You could lock people down for 10+ seconds while you wailed on them. It isn't great but is a ton of fun.
Leona + Twitch is the best combo. His poison procs the sunlight even when he's dead from you going in instead of peeling for him.
Amumu finally has a friend. It's Leona.

Leona is mana hungry. If you wanna be a LITTLE tanky and have all of your other stats covered, id say a ROA would be good for her.
Maybe even before LB or just after.
Problem with RoA is that Leona needs to take advantage of strong early and snowball but RoA is expensive and has to scale to be strong. He probably could have bought it this game with how far ahead he was though lol
