- This past year we renovated this entire abandoned building here in Czech Republic, including the bathroom, creating an office, building a garage, and prepping for this same building to eventually have an upper level!
We've always liked creating things ourselves, and by having a space like this, we're able to build not only custom eBikes, but the ultimate campervan! We continue with the van project each week, although it's not as fast as we'd like it to be because of our other projects. This year we'll wrap up some pretty mega accomplishments, and we're so thankful for all of you for supporting us along the way! You da BEST!

Very well done, big thumbs up for you guys. Most people don't understand how much work, effort and resources go into a project like this. Absolutely love how it turned out!! Sadly These kind of building are getting very rare and unobtainable for the DIY'ers like us in the more western part of europe.
It is such a joy to have fully working workshop according to your needs. I really know how deeply I miss one :D Good work on that you squeezed maximum out of that space! Only thing missing is your comfy appartment on top!
We can't wait for that to move forward! We're working with our village council now getting everything formally approved. It look a year longer for approvals than we thought!

I think the palette of the before looks better then the palette (colours) after.. I think from a design point of view.. not adding bright colours to the space is more mature / looks less amateur.. ie. keeping it black, white and grey and letting the contents be the colour.
I sure like the church with huge steeple and beautiful area around the church and now I can see progress on the buildings awesome 👏 job u do I like it a lot blessings to u

You're so kind! but no way you should feel that way. How much we're working is in no way sustainable haha. We agreed to really push it for 2 years (now looking more like 3 unfortunately ) during covid to get as much work done as possible before we get married and start a fam and hit the road full time. we're hoping this workshop will continue functioning on its own when we start traveling again
Wow. Insane amount of work. I'm in Poland, just spent 7 days adding two power outlets in concrete, and I'm exhausted. I hate concrete so much lol

Oh I'm not sure! We do a special type of photography for the panoramas, they are usually 4 or 5 different pictures all stacked together. I'd love one of Arizona! My dad just moved there to retire and we thought the landscape was so beautiful!

The first thing that made the channel interesting was watching Millie the cat follow you two while you were walking outside. Just like a dog. It was so funny that I decided to subscribe. It was so cool it made me 😆. I had no idea you did a video diary of your buildout. I wish I could be so lucky to find a woman backpacking that is beautiful and intelligent. And Ladi’s a certified genius when it comes to anything he creates. Especially how he transformed the Audi. Keep doing what you do because in AMERICA we love this channel. I know I do. Just a small suggestion. You should keep your ebike website address on the bottom of the screen of your videos as a free way to advertise. Most don’t have time to click on comments all the time but they would remember the website if they always see it. It just might be time to draw up plans for a wedding 👰. For the cats of course. But where do you guys sleep at night? Is it in the van? I see your bathroom. I know about your picking up food that has been prepared to eat. Does other family live close by this area? What ever the answers are, you've done a great job. Congratulations!!!!!!!
Hi KJ! We stay at a few different places. Ladi's family all lives in a "pod" type homestead in the village. One is a multi-generational
home (thats where we stay most the time, with his parents & grandma) that house is also right next to his brother, wife & kid's house. It's been really special to stay with them during this covid era, it was much less isolating and took a lot of pressure off economically for everyone. Once the van is done that will be our main home. We'll likely stay in it on the workshop property as we develop the apartment, but we really want to start traveling again. We've kinda felt less of an urgency to get back on the road before this spring/summer because there are still a lot of regulations and precautions throughout Europe needed due to the pandemic.

How about the roof? With all that water damage at start, did you check the roof?
The leak was plugged, but that entire roof will be coming off this year to build a second floor. That's why we took that particular approach with the ceiling, because hat will be the floor of the next story

Not at this shop for a while. It's a LOT of effort for redoing the floors when we have so many machines and furniture with no other place to go

Vertical photos with manual exposure and locked focus. Lightroom stitches them together and whoala :)

what is the dimension of the workshop in meters
When are you going to move the container in front of the building? How can you stand it! LOL
Oh it pisses us off every day lol. First we were asked not to move it by the lumber guys, and now they are retiring so finally we can. But to do that we first need to move the fire wood from that space, meaning we need to build a shed for the wood on another part of the land, then move the wood, then dig a foundation, then fill that foundation, then rent a crank and move the container, then clear a path to pick up another container at the front of the land and put it in an "L" shape at the front... each step of that takes many days. Today we're building the shed for the wood and moving a pile, so hoping to move the container in the next eek or so. Weather impacted this option too much in Nov,Dec,Jan
