The media are not allowed to willy nilly film the royal family and publish footage. Yet this guy secretly films the royals when he says himself that he thought they wanted privacy. Not only that he then he decides to "share" (sell?) his secretly filmed footage so it can be publicly shown by The Sun.

I'm a former medical professional who took my oath seriously....and I'm now a patient who is permanently disabled. I just shake my head if someone did breach confidentiality in regard to the Princess's records. I am not however a 'troll' - despite you thinking so. I don't know if the video reflects Catherine or not; however, from moment one I have stated I don't think it is her. Do I KNOW that?! Of course not. No-one knows one way or the other.

@TheSun you need to listen to shopper in your video and do some investigative journalism and try to track down the source of the bot/trolls. Last year here in the US, there was a situation in which someone used bots to verbally attack one of the cast member's child on a reality show (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) via this route. It is my understand that they were able to identify the source of the attacks. someone might want to do the same for the bot attack on Catherine. It would be interesting to see where the funding for this originated.

I believe the British media have an agreement not to invade their privacy by photographing them when they are engaged in private activities - since Princess Dianna the media guidelines (re photographs at least) have changed. That’s why the UK media did not publish the pap shot of POW and her mother in the car whereas US media did, and why UK media do not photograph them at school drop off etc. Which illustrates the absurdity and deceit of Meghan Markle’s assertion that if she had stayed in the UK there would have been hoardes of photographers taking photos when Archie was taken to school (she wishes!)

I never mentioned anything about permissions for him to sell his footage. He does not need any permission from anyone to sell his video footage to media outlets.
If (and it's a big if) the "royal legal team" are going to be the back of anyone it *would not be Nelson.* It would be the Sun & TMZ (and other media outlets) for publishing the imagery. But that would only potentially be the case if the people filmed are actually William & Kate.

Since Nelson admits himself that he does not take any interest in the royal family then it is extremely peculiar that he suddenly gets involved in something he has no care for and he thinks it is his responsibility to "end the drama".

The shopper who took the video seems like a nice guy. In a way it’s good he took the video as it helps put an end to the frenzy and all the rumors. And he seems truthful and it wasn’t a pap set up like the other one across the pond routinely seems to do.
