Please don't stop your tutorials over the xmas period. Watching you work on your projects would still provide all your followers with time to learn from you. Looking forward to seeing the paperbeads from canvas. Sounds like a great idea!
@@Saacibo But of course, give yourself a break - work/life balance is important, especially when you love what you do so much 😍 We have lots of videos of yours to watch over the holidays - thank you Dragana!
This journal reminds me of wanting to go to Germany, hahaha... 😂😂😂 this lovely owls, the pretty fabric fits so well and not to forget the wonderful decoration! The ribbon of leaves is beautiful... I love this journal already although it's only a cover so far 😊🧡☺️
This is looking fabulous and thank you so much for the freebie. As for the rest of the year, I would happily watch you complete projects, I just love to watch you craft youre such an inspiration ❤ xxx
This is stunning. I would love to watch you finishing up you’re previous projects. Like you say it’s a busy time of year for some people so starting new tutorials would maybe not the best time. But watching you work on anything is a treat for me as I don’t get out much at all. You are so talented and you make me laugh with your funny comments. Keep up the fab work Dragana. Hugs Debbie x
Thank you sooo much for this and your freebies Your generous heart and kind soul just makes me smile and warms my heart on such a rainy, windy, grey day that we have here in Nova Scotia. Stay safe and warm. And thank you again🥰❤🍁❤
It's all about the "cover curse", hehehehe. I, as others have said, have so many covers and not so many journals. We need to break the spell friends. Gragana, lead the way!!! Give us journal-making videos. You are so talented and I get so inspired every time. Thank you.
@ always ❤️. I made numerous junk journals so far but comparing to the one I’ve got from you they all feel stif, and I was often wondering what miracle do you use to make the cover look and feel soo neat and professional. Now I know. You cut the box into panels and I use the whole box, and its folds get stiff with all the additional layers of textile and paper... I’m gonna try your way because I really like the end result. Thank you so much for these two videos on making the window cover. I learnt so much. ( Also I envy you on snow. Here feels like the beginning on one very hot summer).
For the rest of the year I want to paint watercolors, use up leftover paper pieces. In journal craft( taking a break) selecting the papers is my favorite. Sewing signatures is most challenging, the cover sometimes just fabric other times decorated 🎨🖌️📚💕🐾
Very beautiful. It's inspiring me to create a cover. I still need to try the beads as well. I enjoy watching your videos but you should do what you enjoy during the holidays ☺
We had a few inches of snow a couple days ago, and yep, even though my pup is 12 1/2 now, she was in heaven. She can't run like she used to but she just wanted to be outside, lol. ❄🐕🦺❄ I made some beads using your last freebie and was actually finishing them up with glitter nail polish today, in between cleaning. I've been working on some journaling cards, they're jumbo ticket shaped. Embellishing is the hardest part for me in journaling, but thought I'd like to make some Christmas color beads to add a dangle on them, so thanks so much for the new freebie, it's gonna be perfect... and if I ever get any finished, I'll post it, lol. 🥴 I had to laugh about the canvas beads, I recently bought a peacock print on canvas from the resale shop, for 70 cents, can't go wrong there, lol. It's large enough for 2 journal covers, and scraps now for beads I guess. 😊 I love your journal cover, looks fabulous, and I would put the dangle on the front, as when you held it up to the back I felt it got kinda lost. I love making journal covers, I have way too many that need to be finished, sewing in the signatures is fine, but again, struggle with the decorating/embellishing. I'd take a break and finish up what you have started, then come the beginning of the year, you can film a bunch of "flip throughs" for us.... you asked, I answered, lol. 💜💜💜
I wonder if you could try vintage wallpaper or gift wrap to make your paper beads?? Just a thought. Love this journal cover, especially the lace spine!❤❤❤
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Thank you for the wonderful inspo! I do enjoy decorating the covers but structurally making them does stress me a little as I want it to look good. I have tried to let go more lately as I know I am learning with sewing still. Thank you for showing the sewing! Do you have a Brother sewing machine? My favourite part of journal making is probably when I get an idea for a journal and I start collecting all the items from my stash and seeing how they all go so wonderfully together!
Lovely journal cover. ❤ I definitely have the hardest time decorating the covers. I have several done journals with no embellishments on the covers. It makes me so nervous, because it’s the first thing someone sees when they look at your journal. So much pressure!! lol Plus I’m not super great at it. I love decorating the signatures though. 😊 Also I am most definitely too busy to start a big project this time of year, but I’m not opposed to watching one be done. 😊❤
@ yes it’s true, and it’s the case. Sometimes I’ve thought to create signature with less pages, and so thinner….but I don’t like. For me junk journal must” explode”😃
I don't journal, but I love watching you! I still get ideas❤
Glad about that! Thanks for watching 😊
Love the journal cover, simply beautiful❣️
Thank you so much!❤️
I am definitely the team "cover"😊 so many covers I have in my stash but no ready journals 😂😂
Oh, oh, so we’re the same 😂

Thank you for the suggestion! I guess one or two tutorials then, some process videos and a flip through would be great. I’ll aim for that 😊❤️

Thank you so much Steffi! I wanted it to look wintery, like the December sky just before sunset. Always loved that about winter. 😊

Hi, I can tell you what I hate: to pierce and sew the signature!
Oh, I hear you! It can be so challenging, especially when the journal is thick and has a lot of signatures
