To answer your question, this song was written, when the album was already in the physical production, CDs being pressed, vinyls being cut… so there was jo chance to get it on the main album.
The song is in the album. This is on the second half. They release the second half to spotify and itunes was released few days after. This song was 4 days before the video published.
Never unhappy to see a LotL reaction here! That's a pretty cool theory about holding this song until the deluxe edition, and I can definitely see the thematic similarities. FYI, One Last Song is probably my favorite song from the original album. Incidentally, one of the new songs features Adrienne Cowan, who is the lead singer of Seven Spires, which I have mentioned a couple of times. That'll be a good introduction to her voice in case you get a chance to react to them someday.
I absolutely adore this song. They did always say they would be adding to the album, so I would say this was planned. It's funny you should say about the bass being prominent because Chris was saying something about writing this song after he bought the Steve Harris bass guitar. I think this came out at exactly the right time because it kind of says look at this connection we have with fans, look at all these packed venues. And the song echoes that. Chris was talking about going "home" to his family and then to his other home which is on tour. So going to a LOTL concert is like being home with family! I'm so jealous you are going to experience that soon!!! Thanks for the reaction!!!
Well that definitely explains the bass shining through! I also think this came out at the right time, it's a feel good song that just clicks. I am very excited to see them, don't worry I'll make sure to capture it as well.
I love your reactions to LOTL! ❤🖤❤🖤❤ I will see them on friday this week and I am so upset yet!!! I understand you to can't wait until wacken! It's a band, that complets your life totally! waiting for your reaction to "forever lost"!!!! ❤🤘
@@Jaimunji Sorry for late answering. The show was incredible and awesome! 90 minutes pure life, fun and luck! Lord of the Lost don't disappoint - like your LOTL reactions... ;)))
Great reaction once again! For me this would have been an awesome song for the ESC but now it´s an awesome song to show the haters "we don´t need you" in some way - even tho LOTL is way to kind to think like that! btw. "Blood & Glitter" did and amazing re-entry on german album charts on #2 - thanks to all the ppl liking them during their ESC journey!
I am from Israel. The Germans are nice. Not sing along. Stay quite. Love to jump and go near to the stage. I saw them in many countries and sometimes watch their live on youtube to see the crowed. This is interesting to see people from other countries how they act in live shows.

You should definitely check out lord of the lost! They have a brand new single featuring the Spanish band Status of the dark, it's a banger! Cheers!
This is going to be the opening song for the Iron Maiden tour…
What a great opener
You should react to their previous video absolute attitude. It’s so funny !
Anyway, this song too is brillant (has always !)

What about Voyager? I understood they count metal as well.
They definitely do I love Voyager but Lord of The Lost had a lot more harsh vocals to their Eurovision entry.
