We are cooking an entire gluten free thanksgiving meal, I show you my easy turkey brine recipe, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts with bacon, fresh cranberry sauce and a super easy gluten free apple dump cake, We will also be doing an extreme clean with me and a dollar tree thanksgiving decorate with me using all dollar tree items to make a beautiful tablescape! Im also going to be using my cricut to make some shirts for disney! I hope you enjoy! Don't forget to check out Bri's video for double the motivation!

On the cricut, if the vinyl won’t stick to the mat, tape the edges down with some scotch tape. Lifesaver 🤗 I make shirts with mine all the time and have yet to buy a new mat, but scotch tape has helped a ton! The shirts came out great! Hope you all have tons of fun! If you go once, you WILL go back! It’s just so magical there 💗
Yes!! get a heat press. It makes a huge difference!! Also, layering vinyl is very tricky. You just have to find the right heat temps. RUclips videos helped me so much. I now run a business from home and I loveeee it. You’ll get it!! Great first try momma!

When I make my cranberry sauce I use about 3/4 of the amount the package calls for and I only use orange just for liquid and also cut up an apple in small pieces and cook that with it...so yummy.

I’ve found that the vinyl has done that for me sometimes too. When going to chose material, try just choosing light card stock option. It cuts it so much better and so much easier to weed!
Cricut related: use the green standard grip mat for vinyl, use siser easyweed, don’t unload until you have tried lifting an edge so you can make sure it’s full cut, if it isn’t fully cut, click the c button and try cutting again

I love watching your videos. Yes! You NEED the EasyPress, it made my life so much easier. No worrying about even heating and takes about 2 minutes or less! Also I recommend using the green mat for vinyl. It has a much better hold. The blue is good for paper.

The shirts came out awesome! My first time making a shirt was absolutely awful! Practice makes progress! It’s been a few years for me and im still learning new techniques. I use a Cricut and easypress daily. I would definitely recommend getting the easy press if you plan to create more things using htv! It’s awesome!

Yes!! The Cricut Heat Press is worth it. 100%!! I have a Silhouette Cameo, but I still love the heat press. It's half the time and watch RUclips videos to educate yourself on your Cricut machine!! I taught myself everything from RUclips. Loved this video. 🖤
P.s.. I am always making things for my son and our little family custom made. No worries. It makes me so happy to make things myself. 🖤

I don’t have a Cricut but I have a Cameo. Best thing to do is to tape down the material onto the mat. I use a blue painters tape. Also, use a sheet of parchment paper as your protector while ironing. I try not to use the Cricut vinyl from the store because it’s not the best quality. I like sisser easyweed HTV. When you do iron, use pressure while doing it and move the iron around because of the holes in the iron, it will give it a better adhesion. Also, another tip that I use when I am ironing on HTV is to use a 12x12 ceramic tile. Gives you a sturdy platform to iron on. Good luck!

We use the heat press for shirts and it does make a huge difference on how well the vinyl attaches to the shirt. If you don’t have a heat press, use parchment paper when doing the iron on or they make heat transfer paper that works really nice. But we definitely prefer the heat press and we bought ours and the heat transfer paper all on amazon.

you did sooo good! my husband always always always does our turkey! but to be fair, my daughter in law and I do put the butter and seasonings under the skin and put the celery and apples inside the cavity! he usually smokes the turkey with bacon and it comes out soo good! brining is where it's at! it makes the meat so flavorful! and being your own critic is most women, don't you think? the shirts turned out great! and your mom will absolutely love her shirt! thanks for the video! love you guys!

The heat press is a life saver. I also find if you put the setting on the cricut put it between vinyl and card stock it cuts better

Tips for cricut: I have to tape my vinyl down to the mat because mine never sticks either. Also, people recommend not rubbing the iron, just pick it straight up and down like a heat press would do. The shirts are super cute! I made a couple of thanksgiving decorations with my cricut on my channel.

I make cranberry sauce too! I add apples, pecans and marmalade. So easy and yummy!!!!!!
