If I were a defense attorney in this case, in my closing argument after pointing out that there is more than reasonable doubt in this case, I would ask the jury to find both the Prosecution and the Judge to be in contempt of Justice, and ask the jury for prison time for both.

Reminds me when I was a candidate for jury duty, and was asked about one of my answers where I'd indicated I had some reservations regarding the 'justice system'. I simply pointed out that recent events had me re-evaluating what our 'justice system' has been evolving into, and that I was relieved to have left my prior job in Law Enforcement. It seems to be continuing downhill as time goes by, and I'm beginning to think the near future will be more like the 'court system' seen in, what use to be comedy movie, 'Idiocracy'. I'm seeing that become reality within my lifetime.
