    This is a unique recipe without using high protein flour,
    Panettone retains its freshness and softness for a very long time due to slow fermentation and a nut cap on top.

    Ingredients
    🌸For 3 pieces 11×8.5 cm, 300 g each

    ✅️Aromatic alcohol - 60 ml (rum, cognac)

    ✅️Milk - 180 ml
    ✅️Flour - 100 gr
    ✅️Yeast - 20g pressed / or 6-7g dry
    ✅️Sugar - 1 tsp
    ✔️2nd dough
    ✅️Sugar - 1 tbsp
    ✅️Eggs - 2 pcs
    ✅️Flour - 120-130g
    ✔️3rd stage
    ✅️Yolks - 3 pcs cold
    ✅️Eggs - 1 piece cold
    ✅️Pinch of salt
    ✅️Sugar - 130 g (slightly sweet) (if you like it sweeter 170 g)
    ✅️Vanilla sugar - 1 pack
    ✅️Flour - 300 gr (regular premium)
    ✔️4th stage
    ✅️Butter - 150 g 82% cold
    ✔️5th stage
    ✅️Soaked candied fruits without liquid - 300
    ✅️Orange zest
    ✔️Walnut hat
    ✅️Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
    ✅️Nut flour - 1 heaped tbsp (chopped almonds or cashews)
    ✅️Protein - 1 pc.
    ✅️Corn starch - 1 tbsp
    ✅️Almond petals - 2 tbsp (sprinkle on top)
