I thought the pickle cubes was so incredibly odd but I made it and we love it! Have made three times already! Fallon have you tried making fried cabbage? Once you do, you won't go back to boiling. SO much better!

Looks delicious! I changed my recipe up by putting the onions in the food processor to make smaller and instead of mixing in ketchup I use mild Pace salsa. Normally I just pour half a jar of Pace salsa over the top but I'll definitely try adding brown sugar. Thanks and God Bless all ya'll!!!

Looks good. I use the sweet salad cube in my potato salad. I put mayo in my mased potatoes and I don't even like mayo however its really good and sometimes I add sour cream too with the mayo and its really good cream cheese is really good too .

We used to use BBQ sauce on the top at the end and poke little holes to go in the meatloaf before putting back in the oven. I will try the ketchup and brown sugar also.

I make my Mama's meat loaf too! It is the same as yours exactly except I add some evaporated milk, garlic powder, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. I add ketchup on top after meat is done and put back in oven for a few minutes. No oatmeal or bread crumbs for us! Nancy Moore, Arkansas
