Norwegians are 5 years ahead in science for triathlons training. Olav and his boys are insane, discipline, data and new records are proving the impossible. They are GAME CHANGERS. Thank you bob.
Thanks Bob for this interesting interview. Always in the guts of triathlon. Olav is the mastermind of this great Norwegian team success that have kept everybody following this guys thru their sports journey. Nothing is left to random.
My Bad Bobbie, Bu Bloody Brilliant Badass Boy. drop the Mic! GG! Joey ain't got a snowball's chance in hell against KB on sunday at sub 7 in deautsch, Deautsch Uber allez!! all the Best Bobbie. GG!
@@christoph_wattever I sure is my friend. SUB7/8, "You swim and bike for Show, and you run for Dough!" Macca Big Blue and Queen Nicola! SUB 7/8 Champions!! GG!
Bobbie, based on this video and what I slightly heard on how Joey was raving that his bike team was clocking 55km/hour, based on Bu's explanation, Joey gonna be burnt out come the marathon! GG! Joey don't know he needs to lower his VO2 significantly, he is likely thinking opposite on sustaining his respective "high" VO2 especially on bike section, which unfortunately will be his Royal Jubalee Downfall! GG!
Absolutely brilliant interview. I was riveted. Really appreciate that Olav is so generous with his training info. Thank you to both of you.
Thank you Paul
The passion combined with intelligence and execution here is so so good.
A genius, science and practice, changing paradigms, excellent interview thanks
Fascinating. Bring him back, Bob! Thanks for the interview.
