If you move the table you can put an island in the kitchen which would give you more counter space and even a few bar stools to it so you can still sit in there when your cooking. The island can even have more cabinet space below so you can keep more stuff low for the short people to reach. lol
Maybe you can buy an island kitchen table and chairs. If you can find a table with storage and wheels (with locks), so you can move it around anywhere you want it. This would be nice for additional working space and can be used for dining as well, nice for quick dining or snacking.
You should try it out both ways for 3-4 months each with small adjustments for each way over the 3-4 month periods. So try both out and give it a go what you like best.
Everything is looking fresh and new. The table could probably be moved over towards the opposite door some to kind of center it within the space. You guys will figure it all out in time. It's still all new to you as well, so as you become accustomed to the new space, I bet you'll try a few things out to land on the best option. It's just amazing how everything came together so quickly. 90 some days ago you were having hollow block and cement delivered with some lumber and look at it today! The time flew by watching all of the updates. All I can say is thank you for taking your viewers along through your videos. I've really enjoyed it. I know there will be more adventures to come, and I'll be here every step of the way watching it all unfold. A new member of the family will arrive soon, Marites will finish school before you know it, Mariben will open a dining establishment, who knows what lays just around the corner. It's good to see MIng becoming more comfortable with his surroundings. The King of his new domain! Thanks again and see you all tomorrow!!
Dennis , I love all they have done ,the construction , the Paint colors,, everything ,,beautiful , plus the decor excellent ,,enjoy , as before ,,12 way in 12 way out
Hi Marissa. Dining table looks better in the new area. Maybe you can just put a high table with high chairs in the kitchen (or else a working table/coffee table).
Agree w Marissa. Can keep sideways, just pull it bit Closer to kitchen... Line up edge of table with split between rooms so that just chairs on that side slide back into kitchen area. It frees up some space in great room, while making use of dead space in kitchen.
I like the table in the living room. It looks pretty there, once you get the door thing sorted out. An island would look good in the kitchen with storage and some stools if that’s affordable. The house looks so good. You three have done amazing work together. You discuss, you cooperate and you have respect for each other. I’ve enjoyed being part of your renovation. Eleanor 🇨🇦
The table is best in the kitchen, where it used to be, not halfway out in between, or where it is. Halfway in between is like blocking feng sui. That's my opinion, guys.
Move the table closer to the opening of the great room In the future put a rolling kitchen island in the kitchen area for more working space Get an island with storage. Help u out alot with more counter space.
I do like the table like that, but I would take the table and move it in the other living room and make that a dining room and put an island in the kitchen
You need a small moveable island in the kitchen.... the empty space in the... the table is better where it was before... Marissa is right with the table.
Hi guys I like what Dennis likes better side way House looks beautiful they all did a great job I still think you should put a small island in the kitchen many blessings to your family 🥰🥰🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I worked with rich family in Canada they have separate dining room connected to the kitchen , if you dont want your table close to the door of new living room , you may use your old living room for you special dining room . and have small table in the kitchen.
You can get another smaller kitchen table just for the kitchen a"dinette" and use the bigger table for family gatherings and holidays. Either way it looks nice. 😊😊 👍
I think you are both correct a little bit. I like the table more in the big living space as Dennis said, but the table should be turned the other way to address Marissa’s concern of it being too close to the doors.❤
Hello to all of you. The people that go there just to visit and the people that go their to live that live there without ac used this thing called a fan mostly. Lol. Ming ming is not becoming spoiled, he has been spoiled.lol i like it the way it was in the kitchen befor you moved it. It looks crowed in the new area where your new couch is. But I know it's up to you , I was just saying.lol. You think you guys are stressed out , just think how stressed out the workers were when you keep adding things for them to do. Lol . I'm just joking, I know they don't mind.
The house is looking good and I hope to try durian when I come to the Philippines 🇵🇭 the halfway maybe. Try it both ways.. were not there to see..I do like you house very nice
Side wayside looks good. Do you have a water filter for the kitchen and is that water the same as the water in the patio? I have noticed that the water in the patio has rust stains on the wall. Just curious 😂😂
Hi Denise n Marissa. I always thought that the dinning table in the doorway looked uncomfortable. It looks better now. Enjoyed your chika chika in the car, about the questions people ask....🤣 Maybe you could write a book on it. Whatever you do, it's not so much the furniture that' makes a home. ,its more the love n camaraderie of the people who live in it.

Good thinking 99 👍

Before you guys said anything I noticed how good the table looks there. Everything looks well.
I agree with dennis to let the table stay in the great room
Marissa, I agree with Dennis. And I, too, think an island for the kitchen would be great. And add some stools.
You should try it out both ways for 3-4 months each with small adjustments for each way over the 3-4 month periods. So try both out and give it a go what you like best.
I agree with Dennis 😃 table looks better in the one room

Yes agree with Dennis but I will also add you can add a small island in the kitchen now more storage space another small countertop
I guess I’m the Lone Ranger … I agree with Marissa, I don’t think the dining room set should be that close to the door. 😊
Me too! I like it the way Dennis does as well.
Dennis is always right. Looks much better!
Table looks better on great room..looks more balanced. 😁
Dennis is correct. Keep the table where it is and buy a small kitchen table for the kitchen that will seat 4.
B nice to have a island in kitchen more room for preparing food.
Dennis , I love all they have done ,the construction , the Paint colors,, everything ,,beautiful , plus the decor excellent ,,enjoy , as before ,,12 way in 12 way out
Your addition is beautiful !

Yes me too kitchen
This house is not built to Feng shui principles
Love the great room ❤ Also life is a joy, have a break , enjoy life❤❤❤
I like the way Denis said if you have alot of people then you can move it but for now it looks good
Hi. Hi Gang. Do an island for the kitchen
I like the way Dennis likes the dining table, looks way better 👍🇵🇭🇺🇸🇦🇺
Move the table closer to the opening of the great room
In the future put a rolling kitchen island in the kitchen area for more working space
Get an island with storage. Help u out alot with more counter space.
Beautiful home❤
Love you guys i follow you
Sorry Marissa I like it better the way Dennis likes it.
I agree with Dennis

I gotta vote with Dennis on this.😅😅😅
You can get another smaller kitchen table just for the kitchen a"dinette" and use the bigger table for family gatherings and holidays. Either way it looks nice. 😊😊 👍
First!
I agree with Dennis. I hated it in the walk way. PLEASE KEEP
I agree with Dennis 😊
I like the table in the great room. It made the opening into the kitchen so crowded.
Leave the table how you have it now, and center it between the doors. Slide it like Dennis suggested, toward the outside door.
So much better now Marisa
I like Dennis idea
Looks better in the new room .🐈❤
look good in the new room. Tell the chef I said hi.
Dont listen to opinions. Its your wonderful house and you choice.
Try it Dennis idea that way we can see if it's better, then we can vote 😊
❤Maganda Mariben❤& Family❤ I agree with Dennis about where the table is now.
Dennis got the answer for the table….😊❤
Hi guys and ming ming. Very nice ideo. Take care
I'm Team Denis with the table.
Better second option, more easy to walk around...
I vote for Dennis idea 😊
I vote for whatever the lady (Marissa) in the house wants because that’s the way it works. 😂lol. Love your channel guys!
I'm with Dennis!!
I always enjoy you finishing with Ming Ming and it's food.
🗳 Hey Marissa .... just checked the exit polls ... sorry, but this is definitely a "landslide" win for Dennis 😅😁🤣
Yes. He won! 😂
@@americanfilipinadestiny345 🤣😅🤣
Voting for Half in half out
Going with Dennis’ way ( table placement)
Your house looks beautiful god bless you all ❤❤❤
Dennis is always right
I think you are both correct a little bit. I like the table more in the big living space as Dennis said, but the table should be turned the other way to address Marissa’s concern of it being too close to the doors.❤
Just turn the table the other way and it will give you lots of room to open doors and get around the table.
Sorry Marissa I think Dennis got my vote, Table looks better where it is 😁🇵🇭✌️
Only 2 weeks to go! 😅
😅😅
Remember Dennis happy wife happy life. But I agree with you for the table
Hi guys, are the workers come to work today
Tell me something , how hot it gets & cold in the Philippines
Stay like that marissa looks nice..yehey dennis win🎉😂
I like the table looks, Dennis your right again LoL 🤣

I personally Prefer' Dennis option.
🗳 Definitely agree w/Dennis 100%
... and a bit closer to the kitchen 👍🏽
Move the table. I agree with Marisa.
You put it where you want
❤ Hi guys , I never get in-between a wife and husband but remember happy wife happy life 👍🏻😅🫂
Prefer Dennis' option
I agree with Dennis. Half way in each room didn’t make sense.
I vote to move it back. Keep the dinning separate from the living room. Unless ypu make the old living room to a dinning room
I like it sideways like Dennis said
The house is looking good and I hope to try durian when I come to the Philippines 🇵🇭 the halfway maybe. Try it both ways.. were not there to see..I do like you house very nice
I agree with Dennis on the placement of the dining room table.
I agree with Dennis, sorry Marissa.
Can't vote on the table. What ever rocks your world I'm sure will be fine
Dennis idea 👍
Excellent job on the remodel. The only opinion that counts is you and your wife.
Dennis looked like Michael Douglas😂❤❤❤
Split the difference 😊
I am agree with Marissa
Side wayside looks good. Do you have a water filter for the kitchen and is that water the same as the water in the patio? I have noticed that the water in the patio has rust stains on the wall. Just curious 😂😂
I like it like that
like table where dennis like it
Dennis is a handsome man! He doesn't look his age.
Dennis is right.. leave the table like that..
My vote is to get a round table
What about the light fixture in the kitchen
Y’all could always turn the old living room into a separate dining room and put the table in there.
