When I watch this clip or sometimes when I look at pictures of Brooke from this era (1981), I find myself wondering how she must have felt at the age of 16, being famous all over the world and on the cover of practically every magazine out there. I can't help admiring her for the way she has kept herself together all these years, never getting involved in drugs. She has never "lost it" - like so many other young stars have. Good on you, Brooke. You're definitely a role model for many people :)

Brooke was extremely famous back then. she was an epitome of God's Greatest creation (and still is). so gorgeous even at such a tender age, so sucessful in her movie & modeling careers, so well-known around the globe. still, with all these, she never let fame get into her head. she's been carrying herself so well. such a great role model^^

She is well known as a non-smoking advocate and was doing it at a time when smoking was considered cool. She clearly says they are nonsmoking commercials. Maybe get your hearing checked.
