God bless you sis for always bringing my dreams to life ❤🫂 You don't know how long I've been looking for this particular style and I don't even what it's called 😂 Your fountain of knowledge won't dry 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I just hope you can see how mine looks like after watching your tutorial. It’s looksso gorgeous. I used silk fabric and brocade as the net. Added the double cup chain as an applique. Thank you so much for this insightful video. God bless you in folds ❤❤❤.

@@bosunalli8073 4-5yards should be enough, you know the length you want for your dress, so go ahead and calculate accordingly. I explained this in the tutorial, do refer to it again👏
@@Stitchesbyelizz Thank you!💕 4yards most of the time, however, you need to watch the video again, I explained how to calculate to know the exact amount you need for your own measurements.
Wow thank you very much. Pls how do I do the yolk if I want mine be long sleeve? Should I use the length of my long sleeve instead of the front and back yolk? Pls help
Question please : How did you do to have the same half length for the back and front? or were yours the same cos for mine are different. If the back one is shorter how do you manage the difference without a busy dart? or do u plot the same half length for the back. thank you so much for the video. ❤
I use same half length for back and front because it works perfectly for me, (I employ a little contouring on the back piece to make it so) if yours is different , you’ll definitely need a bust dart to manage the difference, but this works for me. Thanks so much for your feedback 🤩
Hello, Long sleeve of this design follows a bit different method, in the sense that you would cut it like a dolman sleeve . I’d share a video tutorial on it soon.
Thank you for this tutorial. Very clear and easy to follow. May I suggest one more thing. Any chance you can show all measurements used at the start of the tutorial 👏🏽👏🏽
It’s possible if you are using a material with a Very long length unlike Ankara, Please bear in mind African prints (Ankara) are made in the length of 45" ( hence, “joining” is inevitable for longer Skirt length)

Nice one
Thank you
How many yards of fabric did u use
About 3.5 yards
3 and half yards
How mant yards for the hand ❤
Hi,
I really did not measure it while filming, but you’d need about a yard for the sleeve
❤❤❤❤❤🎉
❤️❤️❤️
Please the dart is it always 2 inches thanks
No ma’am, but two inches works for most sizes. For bigger size (I.e, bust 40 , 42) you can use 3
I will also like to add...that d dart intake is ur burst measurement minus ur underburst measurement is equal to ur dart intake
@@AstarsApparel thanks for your feedback ma’am😍
Additionally there are more than one way to calculate darts intake.
All these maths😮....😢,😂
😁😁Yes o
All we need is the formula
How many yards of Ankara did you use ma
4yards
