i wanna see a video of the ac outlet repair or replacement,on mine,that outlet on the right hand side keeps tripping,i even suspected my aluma wired remote to be the culprit,but i modified it to be dust proofed and sealed the back of the connector wth neutal curing 100% silicon,also unhooked the ground so it doesnt arc out on my work piece if i have it attached to it and accidentally touch it with my stinger while i weld.

My 1998 Miller legend has stopped putting out power does not weld only a very tiny flash I checked to see if it was charging the battery and it's not any help appreciated.thanks

Hey buddy ive got a 2015 miller 350 pipe pro with the cat. Having some idling issues machine sounds like its surging. The idle is up and down doesnt flatten out into low or high just stays inconsistant. Any help would be apreciated.
Hey bud I have a buddy who has a miller 400 pro with the kubota. Anyways it’s a 2016 model and sometimes it doesn’t want to turn on like it has a dead battery. Sometimes it starts and the display doesn’t show anything and it has no arc. Do you have any idea what it may be?
I haven’t ran into that problem but sounds like possibly the fuel/hr meter going out or maybe a board, but usually if those are going bad they go bad and that’s it not intermittent. I’d double check all of the wiring and make sure nothing is loose. If you know your way around a multimeter you can call Miller also and they can tell you what wires to check.
Have a 400 Pro that won't weld. There is 110v at the outlets and only 30v DC at the welding terminals. What could be the reason as to why it won't weld?

I’ve changed the switch and still run on high idle
So in my 300 pro the main relay with six connection points stays stripped i can use a jumper wire from one of the two connection points on one side (there are 4 on the other) and ground it off and the machine will start , the electronic read outs will come and go (go if i disconnect) but the fuel gauge will continue to read for a short time and the goes off and the red alert light starts to blink. Is it just a short in my fuel gauge computer? Iv traced the wires and found nothing abnormal.
Did you ever figure anything out? Having a similar problem.

I’ve got a big blue 300 Perkins. Weld side has voltage but just a weak small spark when you go to strike and arc. Any ideas? Is there a way to test regulator? (Part number 214770E)
GRFDguy How much voltage are you getting? As far as testing that computer you might be able to call miller and see if they can tell you what pins to check for volts in and volts out. From my experience usually when the computer or display board fails you won’t get any power and also most likely get a help code. Have you checked your SCR’s behind the heat sink on left side?
I got a bb400 pro and all my digital shutdown on me. The machine turns on but I have none of the digital display. Any idea what it could be? I did take off the panel where the 50amp panel sits and after putting it back I had none of my digital.
Rocio L. You might have unintentionally disconnected a wire somewhere behind the panel. I’d double check everything back there and also make sure the plugs going to the display board are connected good.
