You know what is absolutely crazy, I'm considering a subject- to offer on my home. I've been very skeptical about subject-to as a Realtor+LO since I heard about it but now I'm considering a subject to offer on my house... I've been a long time listener, you'd never had a subject-to guest. Now there's some validity, the universe is speaking haha.
