I'm a long time artist who uses very fine point graphite pencils, both mechanical and traditional, to maximize small detail. I have to say I am seriously impressed with your hand control and accuracy! I would have had to use jigs and braces for most of what you did freehand. Really really nice work!

I've used similar techniques to rebuild or repair damaged models but never built a complete locomotive.....well done and thanks for the motivation!

You just revive my imagination to create like you my objects and houses on my G scale railroad layout. I was to buy a 3D printer but I'll keep my money and do it myself using your great talent.

Oh yes. Today I ordered lot of new small tools from Amazon to make it easier to work with. I have a G scale indoor layout and need lot of small details. As I was working with cardbord and balsa, I was a bit stuck on smallest details. After discovering your videos where you make incredible things with PVC, I want to go that direction. And when I'll gain more experience, I want create my own Centerbearm car. This one is not existing at 1/29 scale, we have to 3D print it but I want to try building one. Credit where credit is due, only goes to show what a dedicated artist can produce with limited tools, but superd skills.

Is this your main job ? If it isn't, it certainly should be as you have an astounding talent which should be utelised to the fullest extent.
You are by far the most impressive scratch built model maker I have ever come across in my nearly 50 years of modelmaking. And you are only using basic modeling tools to create such masterpieces - it's absolutely astounding and shows your skill, determination, resoluteness, and above all else, your patience to create these models.
The internal cabin was just mind blowing with every tiny, minute little detail being created and conveyed. I have absolutely no doubt that it is 100 % acurate as well.
I bow down in honour at being able to see such a master craftsman at work. Thank you for creating these videos and showcasing your awesome, amazing skills and sharing your creative genius with us all.

Amazing attention to detail
this man uses his power of concentration and intent with resourcefulness to create a superior model. these attributes are lost in the United States where modeling has become buying $200. ready built locomotives and attaching some detail parts and calling it " their" model. scratch building and kitbashing are lost in America since the 90s.

ah, son U20C, me parecía muy conocido ese material rodante, Frateschi fabrica modelos parecidos, en Brasil tienen de esas y en Argentina tenemos GT22, los coches de pasajeros son muy parecidos a nuestros Hitachi (también los fabrica Frateschi de Brasil en escala H0). Muy buen trabajo, sobre todo la genialidad de usar tubos de PVC y no plástico de alto impacto del que se compra en gráficas. Que locura esos paneles de mando, ninguna miniatura los tiene, ni Märklin siquiera!
Imagine building a scale size model of the downtown area of major city like Houston. You'd start off with a satellite image of the city. Blow it up to a workable size and start from their. Get scale sized images of sky scrapers and model the buildings.
Patience is also a skill here.
