We love Paul 👏 can't wait to watch.... earth is my plonnet😂❤
Hi Paul, hope that palm grows quickly for you. That backyard is really coming together and filling in nicely. I'm envious of your shade! Looking forward to seeing what you get up to next.
Haha, thanks again for the palm! Your garden is going to be lush soon.
thanks for the update on the Thai plant.
the landscape is looking great!
We love the Obedient Plant up here in Zone 5! We learned the cardboard technique from you and have planted the hell out of our property with it! Thank you! 🤙🤙🤙
Heck yeah!! How’s everything looking?! I’m glad I could be of service!
Beautiful work sir! You inspired me to create a native bed and add more flowers around my property. Gardening isn’t just for vegetables!
I’m glad to hear it!! Whatever aspect of gardening gets people excited I’m all for it.
So fun! Love how the garden is coming along
Shade garden is fire😍
Went to UT; Hook 'em! All of my palms are Chinese Windmill Palms, as they are natives. Glad you have one!
Love the structure of that oak tree. The koala bear statue is beautiful. Love all the new plants. Your garden is really filling in and looking awesome.
The koala bear 😂 I got it from a garage sale. That’s where I find the most unique yard art
You are a hoot! Keep em coming. 😂
Dr. Plantu bravo 👏👏👏👏👏 shady😊😂👊✌️
we hit that premiere
Content comment for the algorithm gods.
Thanks for sharing you reminded me to transplant my elephant ear.
You’re very welcome! Thanks for tuning in!
Yessir plantu. Next we needa see a moat around the house with koi or sum
Hahaha, facts!!
Thanks Paul, as always, I enjoyed your video from here in Tucson. My best to the family. Gary
Love you!
Earth is my plonet
Great job
I'm in north Texas and will be getting the Stokes Aster and Fall Obedient plant for the shady/soggy Northside of my garden!
Thanks for the video!
They’ll love it! The stokes aster has really gorgeous flowers
You pulled me in with the pond and I’m absolutely loving it.
Earth is my planet! 🌍 Some nice choice plants picked out. 👍 Those big Oak Trees are my favorite. I just love them. ❤
I love them too!
💚
🎉🎉🥳🥳🎉🎉
earth is my planet !!! 🌎
Your live oak tree & palm tree are magnificent. I always look forward to what new plants you’re educating us on as some I haven’t heard of but find very interesting& educational . Thanks for another great video
Thanks as always for tuning in! That’s all I want to do is give people good suggestions when it comes to plants.
Learning every day and getting new ideas from you 👍
Love your garden Paul..and like you say earth is my plannet lol
You're really getting things filled in all around your house! Looks great. 😊
For sure! It’s taken about 3 years but we’re getting there!
Thank you Sir.
Wow, you just don't have a bad spot to any of your yard. Amazing work ❤️🔥
Haha, I just don’t show it. There definitely are some areas that need work!
@paulplantu well keep up the good work. Love your videos and your hard work shows. Stay amazing!!!
Hope you maintain your tree. My neighbor has a tree that overhang to my yard and leaves a mess with fruit I have to clean up. It's crazy that you need a permit to build but you don't need a permit to grow big ass trees and litter in someone else's yard
Dawg those oak trees lookin majestic! I got the taro elephant ear goin fo shade in CA Zone 9B but I gotta check out that Obidient Plont. I'll also check Tropical PDX! "Urth es ma plonet!"
Aye, my man!!!! Hope your garden is flourishing. Thanks as always for showing love!
I love to see you work on hell strip can I say I love your beard
I’m I unnoticed?
Do you get bad mosquitoes during summertime??

I always have trouble with shade plants. Seems like so many shade plants are also not cold tolerant.
It’s mainly tropical that aren’t cold tolerant. You can find tons of native shade plants that are adapted to cold.
Did your live oaks drop the acorn apocalypse this winter?
They dropped a lot of acorns for sure but it wasn’t anything too overwhelming.
I'm not good at identifying seedlings but I don't think that's a possumhaw. I have a couple in my yard and the leaves are smaller than what you showed. Maybe possumhaws have bigger leaves in Houston.
I’m not sure if the leaves are big and then get smaller or what. I tried to search it on iNAT and that’s what popped up but it’s hard to tell because you’re right the leaves are huge.
I agree that it’s not possumhaw, not sure what it is though.
It will be interesting to see what it looks like when it gets bigger
@@ehowlandableYeah, that’s going to be the only real way to find out. Hahaha
