No pool. No island in the kitchen. No open terrace on top Small master bedroom. No master tub. No way to drive onto the property without going into a drainage ditch. Cords loose everywhere and you want all that US money? Stop playing. Tell us the legit price in cedis. I would pay $180,000 max. If the house cost more in Ghana then they would in the US then it is a no no
