Thanks a lot will definitely keep the footage coming
Awesome new set-up bro love that smart 3 bass keep up the great content!!##??
Appreciate the love bro yea I'm really liking the amps. Look forward to seeing how much power they do with better electrical
Good job due
Cool vid!
Thank you 😊
Nicely done bro 🔥
Appreciate it bro thank you
Nice score
Thank you really appreciate it
sweet
Appreciate the love bro
great video just subbed up been playing around with car audio sence rockford first came out i threw a newer system to me togeather sence im a old school rockford guy it was a 2003 buick lasaber 3 12in wolframs they are 2000rms 300 ounce motors on a 12k taramp subs in the trunk faceing back hit a 150 i was saprized now those FDZ amps i seen a guy like 6 months ago he was saying he could get 8k amps that have the same shell as those fdz amps i seen in one of youe videos but they didn't have no name and he sed you could put your own name on them and re sell they were $300 at that time for a 8k i almost sold my 12k taramp and was going to buy 2 but didnt know nothing about them also i would think u would get better numbers subs faceing up in your suv just my opinion i alwas got better numbers subs faceing up in suv or hatchbacks but also u already know probly not right box or ported right for numbers im tring to get 150 or better around 30 to 33 hertz so fun fun lol
VERY NICE BRO! I got to find me some of that C-Max lithium
There's a few places that have them built up ready to order
@@BIGJURAY20 where at bro??
@@74midwestbass74 Try Coventry Industries and Prodigy Car Audio
And make sure to give us a demo after the SPL test
I'll definitely be sure to do that
Nice video 👍🏾any plans on upgrading the alternator also?
Thank you as for the alternator I won't be changing it anytime soon although it would help with the amount of amperage the Amplifiers draw
How do u gain match amps with SMD tools. They tell u exactly how much power each amp is putting out or u just setting til distortion. That will be a good future video, of u showing us how u do that.
Funny you said that I was thinking the samething. I'll definitely be sure to show how I use the tools
@nate0 I've actually done this for years and there's really not any difference between the two
Great video bro, but ummm where can I get bank o cmax like the one on your passenger seat floor?
There's people that sell them over Facebook you can also source them at Junk Yards.
Hey bigjuray since you try a lot of amps I have a question:Do you notice any difference between half bridge and full bridge amps if they are the same wattage? Never tried full bridge for subs and I am curious to know. Thanks!
Well I still have some testing to do. But with the swap I just made the half bridge maybe Slightly louder on some frequency ranges but honestly both put out about the same output and I don't notice a huge difference. With proper tuning you can't really tell
@@BIGJURAY20 thanks bro I really appreciate it
No problem anytime
I have 2 Taramp 3k HDs. Beasts. On 4 xfl 15s !!!! 140ah bank of 12v lithium!!!! YES SIR!!!!
Hell yea bro that's a tough system you have.
Thanks man. It’s has the potential to be killer but I’m still learning and I need to build a custom box.
Hey bro the cool thing is you're willing to learn and taking the steps. I'm sure you could make a nice box
I run a 6k limitless lithium and agm and hold solid electrical with 370alt
Where does your voltage drop to?
So you can use those voltage reading bass knobs on the taramps?
In this video the voltage meter is at the battery. The Bass knob is Rca style so it's universal
Them subs is hard fam
Thank you i really appreciate it
What kinda clamp did you use for testing?
Thanks lokey
I'm using the spl labs wireless meter and clamp
What kind of 0 guage wiring are you using
I have welding cable
but how much power you make using actual music
The power u see posted can be on music as well. Just depends on the frequency player
@@BIGJURAY20 I'm gonna get one and wire down to .7
My 3k bass amp keeps turning off in both my cars every time i play it for a while ?
Could be your electrical, the ohm load or how you have the gains set
@@BIGJURAY20 i have a second battery so I’ll check the gains and see
@@bigbrta How's your voltage at the batteries?
@@BIGJURAY20 that’s something i haven’t measured but i have the same amp in both cars and it does the same thing.
50hz showed 1700 something but for some reason dropped down to 1400 something when u turned it down
I didn't notice that
@Todd Thompson I was referring to the meter it should have showed/ stayed at his peak amperage draw, reguardless of him turning it down, which is why he didn’t notice he pulled more amperage on that run then he thought he did
Ur up
Metering right now fool ?? Lol it’s 3:44 am lol
Lmmfao. You're a fool bro. Imagine if I was though
@@BIGJURAY20 hahahah 😂🔊😎🤣
I hope the bank is 135 amp hours of lithium cMAX
I'm gonna be building a 240ah Bank
10.4 volts ? I get nervous at 13.2 volts
Yea it's risky but they'll play just fine as low as 9 volts. But of course the better the electrical the better it performs
You shouldn't be nervous at 13.2 volts that's pretty good
10v? 😢
Just shows people what to expect from these amps on stock electrical. The faxt people think Taramps will blow at low voltages and clearly u can see 10v and they still play strong
@@BIGJURAY20 good point
How do 2 of them together only do 2800w when they are 3k a piece??
Different frequencies will show Different output. In this case i also didn't have the proper electrical system
he drop to 10 volts... thats no good...
@Generation-X True but these amps will play at 9v-17v. I did this to show what people should expect with bare minimum electrical. Pretty much stock electrical system only agm battery
