I have been declaring the water in the bathtub is beauty (or appreciation, or mercy) before soaking for a few minutes. It feels great to step into the bath and it lasts afterwards. I appreciate everything I encounter when I get out, for example.
This is fascinating, and I've listened to it twice now, to take to the information in. One thing I'm thinking of here in the UK is that we are having our rivers severly polluted. Wow this has been amazing! I have also done Zac's meditation and i honestly feel transformed... I've been suffering really badly with a flare of my autoimmune arthritis, and afterwards i felt my body noticeably lighter and less painful. And on other levels too. I'm signing up to the patreon group! I wonder if Zac would be willing to do a guided meditation for the Sunday night meditation? That would be amazing ❤❤
How does one do this through the heart when one's heart is broken? I lost my beloved 9 year old Maine Coon cat Thorin on the 11th and can't stop crying. He was my constant companion, and the one being who truly loved me (and I him, with all my heart). A terrible disease, pyothorx, took him in just two weeks. This after losing so many old friends to the digital world (streaming, social media, video games, podcasts, etc...they no longer interact face to face with others, won't talk on the telephone or even zoom) or I lost them to the cult of absolute 24/7 positivity, where those experiencing grief are not permitted, even briefly. The loneliness is almost unbearable. It's so hard to simply dismiss it and pretend that everything is wonderful and as it should be.
I understand, it's really heartbreaking to lose a much loved pet. Just allow the grief to take its course, and perhaps find a bereavement counsellor who can help you - they are there for animals too. Px

I lost my 20 year old girl Puck last August (and my job around the same time, along with a family member who no longer wants me in her life) now my dearest Thorin Thunderpaws. I saw a vision during the darkest and most fearfull of 2020 that from out of space came light green jelly to the sea and I felt it so hopefull message of healing and purifying the minds. Wow this has been amazing! I have also done Zac's meditation and i honestly feel transformed... I've been suffering really badly with a flare of my autoimmune arthritis, and afterwards i felt my body noticeably lighter and less painful. And on other levels too. I'm signing up to the patreon group! I wonder if Zac would be willing to do a guided meditation for the Sunday night meditation? That would be amazing ❤❤

How does one do this through the heart when one's heart is broken? I lost my beloved 9 year old Maine Coon cat Thorin on the 11th and can't stop crying. He was my constant companion, and the one being who truly loved me (and I him, with all my heart). A terrible disease, pyothorx, took him in just two weeks. This after losing so many old friends to the digital world (streaming, social media, video games, podcasts, etc...they no longer interact face to face with others, won't talk on the telephone or even zoom) or I lost them to the cult of absolute 24/7 positivity, where those experiencing grief are not permitted, even briefly.
The loneliness is almost unbearable. It's so hard to simply dismiss it and pretend that everything is wonderful and as it should be.
I understand, it's really heartbreaking to lose a much loved pet. Just allow the grief to take its course, and perhaps find a bereavement counsellor who can help you - they are there for animals too. Px

I lost my 20 year old girl Puck last August (and my job around the same time, along with a family member who no longer wants me in her life) now my dearest Thorin Thunderpaws. Feels like part of me has been amputated. I will look into finding a bereavement counsellor, as I can't manage this on my own. Hopefully there's one here in the US who knows that animals are family too. ❤️

I saw a vision during the darkest and most fearfull of 2020 that from out of space came light green jelly to the sea and I felt it so hopefull message of healing and purifying the minds. I also felt that green stuff was going to spread into all seas and waters. Now I understand that vision much better, thank you all so much 🙏🏼❤

This was Amazing! “Let Astrology Heal You” was a message I received last week. 20 years ago I received a message that said “As you take care of the Universe, the Universe takes care of you.” And now Zac tells us that our Astrology is in our Hearts & in the Universe! Wow! My Heart, my Astrology resides within the Universe. I never thought of it this way. The Universe Communicates with me through my heart & through my own birth chart! So as I take care of my own heart & work with my own chart, I am taking care of the entire Universe & it’s reciprocal. That’s Amazing! This is the concept of Oneness! I am you & you are me!
Never again will I feel “less than” another. The more I learn about my own chart, the more I realize this is how I was Created & obviously, the energy that is needed on the Earth at this time that only I can carry!

I was listening while working on our crayfishing boat. When you talked about the water, a beautiful dolphin came to say hello, swam in front of us for a few moments then swam away not before a full body out of water jump in the air.❤💦🤸♀️
Thats why surfers have such a particular peaceful vibe… they are so exposed to water. There is a term for the wives / girlfriends of surfers that is called “surfer widow”… because the 🌊 sea always wins ❤
