Just a little tip, praising your kid after they do something like homework or dishes also counts for the “discipline” bit of the aspiration.
I think Brooke might need a makeover. She was trying to hide the last surprise, it might be nice for her to ditch the oversized sweaters for this one.

Yeah it’s a little wall lamp with bunny(?) defenders on it.

You can stay home from work on holidays and you’ll still get paid. It’s basically like a paid day off :)

Im so oddly proud of Brooke like she’s really made the best of her situation, I think shows like 16 and Pregnant, Unexpected, and Teen Mom really primed me to love this type of content haha

I recently won the lottery for one thousand simelions with my sims family. By doing that I immediatly completed the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration for both of my adults sims and every week I earn 50 000 to 75 000 simelions for each one of them. I’m waiting for my child to become an teen so she can complete the aspiration too 😂
I love this little family. Thank you so much for continuing the playthrough with Brooke and Jack.
Just so you know, « Discipline the child » also mean praising a behavior, like getting good grades, doing their homework, etc. It doesn’t have to be negative.

When you help a child with their homework they have to already be doing in order to help them.
I find that so weird in Sims 4, can't remember Sims 3 but in Sims 2 you could just click on the kid as the parent and 'help with homework'.
@TheDawnofVanlife I thought that was weird too. Never played sims 2 and I never got the generations pack for sims 3 but it's just weird that they have to be doing it first.

I think encouraging positive stuff like doing homework counts for the discipline aspiration task
I LOVED watching this story and the dad showing up unannounced after 8 years made me laugh so hard because that seemed like such a real life situation to deal with! lol I hope you make more episodes after #8 because these were so much fun to watch, i was glued to it and it was nice to watch her grow from closet preg teen into a fully functioning mom artist!

Discipline is also means encourage.... like 'good on them for doing homework' 'good on them for doing dishes' 'good on them for doing school projects' 'good on them for friendly introductions to other sims' etc. How can you not know this???
There is a lamp for kids that helps with the nightmares, also you can find a self-cleaning litter box in the objects.

My sim had a Fear of the Dark too, I found the easiest way to get rid of it was to spam social interactions outside, particularly telling jokes. The getting him confident and then going outside won't work

For future reference "discipline" can include praising and encouraging things like grades. I discovered it by accident.
