1-2 Ib. Thinly Sliced Steak 🥩 (Flank, Ribeye, Top Round etc.)
All-Purpose Seasoning
Ground Black Pepper
1-2 tsp Baking Soda
1-2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Yellow Onion 🧅, sliced
1 tsp Garlic 🧄, chopped
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 Packet Brown Gravy Mix
1-2 Cups Water
Butter 🧈, as needed
