3-4 Ib. Spare Ribs
Yellow Mustard, as needed
Weber's BBQ Dry Rub
All-Purpose Seasoning 🧂
1/2-1 Cup Brown Sugar
2-3 Tbsp Butter
1/2-1 Cub Water or Apple 🍎 Juice
*Bake at 275 Degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours uncovered, and 2-3 additional hours covered*
