300km course record shattered - 4 Trails Ultra Challenge - Hong Kong 2022 - Wong Ho Chung

Wong Ho Chung shares his remarkable 300km HK4TUC record breaking journey. It was not all smooth for the Champion as he explains the most difficult moments, as well as, pacing plans, navigational strategies, and nutrition & gear decisions that helped him pull through to the end.
