When Shelly said" "God fill me with your Spirit afresh " I felt a connection because I had just prayed for that earlier.

Diet is still testing most of us. Our tendency is to justify bad eating habits, and escape to some other subjects; like alcoholics refuse to change, so do most Christians lie instead of practicing self control. How many of us say: I eat healthy, not wanting to give up w_h_a_t_e_v_e_r?

Amen Tiger. It's amazing, things I grew up eating in an SDA home, I no longer eat thanks to the truth in the SOP. It wasn't easy to let go of at first, but with each denial, God gives strength to overcome temptation and old eating habits.
