I worked with ceramics and clay for years and when you put that top piece on and it collapsed I said oh god she needs a frame and then you did! I think you did great for not being super familiar with it! That’s a fantastic dupe! I love it! Bravo on doing your research and using slip to put it together 👏 I promise someone would have dried all the pieces and either used e6000 hot glue or both 😂

What kind of Troll doesn’t want the rest of us learn from mistakes that can, do or will happen?
That’s ridiculous and in my opinion not a genuine subscriber but a troll who will say the same kinds of things to a vast selection of genres.
They will troll sewing, politics, true crime, name it.
What sorry little lived these Trolls have if that is all they do and live for.
The best thing you can do, Angela is what you’re doing:
Stand up and be true to yourself and your channel will explode with real guests who WANT to LEARN from each other’s mistakes.

I made a frame out of 2x4 with a cross brace and then zip tied on that reed fencing. lol Let's just say I'm glad I zip tied it on- because that reed stuff does not last and it's a spider lair. lol My frame is actually solid, and I also had issues with the feet. I didn't use enough screws. lol and I think you just gave me the idea on how to add some strips to it like yours instead of the reed fencing. I will Frankenstein it! Thanks for sharing!

Girl! Idk who said something like that but IGNORE IGNORANCE ! DIY channels are for learning and ideas! We're not know it alls that don't need anyone. It's my FAVORITE part of your channel! You save me SO much time and money 😁 ! I thank you for keeping it real!!!❤

Exactly I feel the same way. I love to learn new things and no one is perfect the first time they attempt something. I love sharing that process on my channel and I feel like the majority of my audience loves that.

I really like your style your style is similar to mine! Girl trash to treasure is life! I spend enough money on supplies so I like how you use things like the paper mache etc. I made a bird cage lantern out of cardboard and you can’t even tell in person! Obviously I don’t use real candles 😂 but I don’t with any of my lanterns anyway 🤷‍♀️

I love that! I’m working on a new trash to treasure video that will be out in a few weeks 🥰 I love being creative with things others would throw away

Hi! I a new to your channel and I am loving it. I loved the DIY where you created the candle pedestals. I liked the uneven texture the plaster gave it. Thanks for the great ideas!

I think mesh tape on the balls first would help the cement stick.
Plus I would probably make the cement thicker.
    But yours turned out great!

Ugh why didn’t I think about that! I even had some mesh tape left over from my plaster table project 🤦‍♀️

I would end up spending more than $300 for those cement balls trying to DIY. Have none of those products. I think sometimes the effort and cost to achieve a dupe is more expensive than the original. You are very talented and clearly have products in your stash to decrease the cost for you.

For your privacy slats, perhaps you can put some climbing plants or artificial leaves for more privacy.

😂 your vids are perfect ~ channel gatekeepers are either too lazy or not talented enough to start their own channels, so they think directing other channels will fill that void I guess ~ loved these projects! Tysm for sharing the good and the self-perceived not so good 🤗
