I was delighted to see the old fishing rod...my husband has his grandfather's and it looks exactly like that one! It is probably much older than we thought.
Poor dear Rosemary now a widow who also lost her Mum - husband and Mum within weeks of each other! 😭 oh my heart! I can’t imagine! My mum died in May of 2019. My fiancé and I have been separated since March 2020 by the US/Canada border closure. Both of us in our early 50’s - such precious time lost. So sad!
Even though I was divorced from my husband, I still loved him and when he passed away, I still couldn't date for another 4 years. Our children miss him dearly. I never remarried and after I turned 50 I still think of him and I havent Found anyone interesting enough to date again. I can definitely understand Queen Victoria and how lonely and depressed she felt. At last, I believe that they are together in the afterlife. No love that big could be left as your legacy still moves on.
Was she ever clinically diagnosed in the modern age? Did she suffer from severe depression? Or was she obsessive compulsive? She definitely was not ok.
Victorians chefs were very hands-on weren't they? I mean i don't think there were plastic gloves. And it's always easier to use your fingers to create something so meticulous
I am always curious about the fish preparation. Would they have taken the smaller bones out of the fish before poaching? If not, would they be suck eating around with the small bones in the salmon?
When he was saying "whiting forcemeat" I thought for one horrible moment he was making reference to 'horsemeat.' Aside from that, this over-the-top dish must be delicious!
It's interesting to hear of my Royal Cousins, and royal great grand parents back in generations past, especially having traced genealogy way back to through my Royal and Christian families who kept good records. Seeing some of their residence castles and estates is both amazing and intriguing, as well as the recipes, phenomenal, in your way of presentation.
Death came to all, rich and poor. No matter the few fleeting pleasures we may derive in our lives, it is the next life that is important. It is forever. We will all come before The LORD JESUS to be judged. Of those saved, many who were first shall be last, and the last first. It all depends on how heartfully we love and serve Him.
Grieving, true grieving, is a banner of love. Modern man has often lost the ability to love very, very deeply, so doesn't understand the grieving of those past. She didn't seem to hurt herself, or those she loved with her grieving, and did in time move into her life, in a way that wasn't held in deep grieving. Jesus said, "Blessed are those who grieve, for they shall be comforted." All the sweeter, when we see those we deeply, deeply love in heaven! Song of Songs 8:7 KJV - Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned.

@Fussbudget the Ninth your not very classy or clever. Maybe you should go back to school and study the British Empire and Colonialism in China, South Africa, West Indies, Australia, Caribbean, NZ, Pacific Islands to name but a few you left out. Maybe also the millions of slaves trafficked by the 'Great British Empire'. Were their indigenous people treated well, even considered above sub-human. No, they weren't.

Thank you for publishing these on YT for us who can't view them on UK tv. :)

As a widow myself my heart aches for the loneliness she must have felt. Albert was probably the only person that knew the real Victoria.
This brought tears to my eyes. Poor Victoria. I can only imagine the pain and heartache she was enduring. Now she is reunited with Albert.
I love Floors Castle and I’ve so enjoyed the month of Queen Victoria docs. Thank you Real Royalty!!! 👍

This is an amazing show series/ I really hope there’s more
Well 2 series on tv , which 2 queens are playing by black women , so , I don’t think real history, will be showing on TV.

The love that Victoria had for Albert is inspiring. I hope to love someone that much some day.
What an amazing episode, I have watched nearly all your videos so please keep them coming because I find Queen Victoria fascinating. Thank you.
Loving this series absolutely bingeworthy
Thank you from across the pond. Calgary Alberta. Great series. Love it’n
I'm going to be so sad when this series is over, only 1 or 2 more stops I think. :( These are so interesting!
Was she ever clinically diagnosed in the modern age? Did she suffer from severe depression? Or was she obsessive compulsive? She definitely was not ok.
If Queen Victoria was alive today, she probably would've been diagnosed with clinical depression.
LOVE THIS SHOW
Tim and Rosemary are so sweet I love them

Thanks For Sharing ❣️
Look forward to the release of the new episode each week!

I enjoyed this video very much. Thank you!
I made Salmon Chambord about 12 years ago from Ivan's blog we are making it again tomorrow for my birthday 🎂
The Queens mother enjoyed fly fishing too.
I’m late to this program and have enjoyed every single one! Will there be anymore? I hope so!! (USA)

Is a great show, I enjoy from Anchorage, Alaska
Absolutely fabulous
