I drink ACV daily, diluted with a small amount honey (honey can elevate glucose levels) and 10 oz of water. I also drink it through a straw. If not careful, ACV can cause damage to the esophagus.

I started watching your channel in 2020 because of the Gucci dionysus review and I instantly fell in love with your personality. When I was pregnant in 2019 with my daughter I didn’t share her name with no one except my husband. I asked my son(6 years old at the time) what we should name her and he say we should name her Butterfly because all our names start with a B. He had no idea how much of a significance butterflies had on my life at the time. Through out my whole pregnancy my whole family and followers on social media called her Butterfly. Her name is Blossom.
When I started watching you and realized how much of a connection you have with butterflies it made me feel like god brought me here. Before you I never crossed paths with someone that had a connection with butterflies.
WOW I don’t believe you found me by coincidence. I also have never come across anyone who has such a deep connection with butterflies. I love that everyone calls her butterfly that’s beautiful 🦋🦋🦋🦋

After working out and getting sick by the pool. Same thing happened to me. I was told I needed to replenish my electrolytes because of the sweating after working out! Hope this helps!❤❤❤

for the chicken breast just put it on 375 for 40 min with salt free broth or butter at the bottom of the dish to keep it from drying it out.
