If there's people wondering, this is a track from Dust Storm Dance/Fuujin Ranbu. You can download the OST. I translated the names and this one is called "Fuujin Ranbu", so it may be complicated to find.
I'd like to know as well. I've done a little research and I think it may simply be a made up battle cry that sounds good. But there might be some reality to it, like maybe the author saw a real word/s but it somehow got mixed up in the process of localizing it to Japanese.
Arslan Senki has historical terms incorpored in its universe, yet they not always work nor mean the same thing as in the real History. Yashasin basically means "To the battle" or "Attack" inside of this universe.
Idk what yashasuiin means since I see a couple of you people giving your own meaning so I'll just say it all those words so I can no longer research it myself anymore but I mainly feel like it means "to battle".
