I don’t think you can use options off of Barbamon’s effect because it says play cost, and options just have a cost. It’s a very annoying wording thing that comes up in other decks like D-Brigade
This is correct. It does NOT play options. Tamers and digimon yes.

Yeah, it's because you "use" option cards and don't really "play" them

I'm in love with barbamon and i see some really cool ideas here that i want to try in my build
I hate the new support because the wording 7 or more 5 ir less ok if opponent have 6 cards ? The effect just wiff , I hate it so much
This isn’t bad.
Would I probably use cards like bt3 Ladydevimon for draw power or St10 for searching? Yeah.
Is it good? Yes.
It’s a shame that Devimon is such a disjointed deck because, outside of the promo Demi and the newer cards, it is mostly just random cards that share the same name.
Now, speaking of Devimon and Barbamon, Ex8 is supposed to have the introduction of the Nightmare soldiers and Barbamon X antibody.
Maybe thill get some support from there.
Hopefully yea, id like something more cohesive and with a bit more oomph
@@TeamDeathSlingerTCG Frankly, the moment I saw they gave Myotismon and Piedmon as examples of nightmare soldiers, my survive fan boy mind went into overdrive.
thoughts on the bt15 gesomon it's a blocker, on play or delete the opponent either trashes a card from hand or you gain a memory so you can have teh promo demi under for the deletion and is another way to get them to trash cards
