I remember seeing clips of this gig years ago on RUclips, thanks for uploading. I nearly peed myself laughing at the Izzard impersonation xD especially that "aaah- yeees...."
Fair, thanks for watching it. I far prefer comedians' own specials especially from when they were first starting out than the panel appearances, but those are great in their own rights!
I think he’s actually been at Art college these last few years. I’d love to see him back on stage or even on a new podcast with Phil Wilding. Huge fan of Mr. Jupitus…👏🏻
As far as all time classic stand up routines go Eddie Izzard Dress to kill, Marcus Brigstoke planet corduroy and THIS, so pleased to see it back on her
Methinks he's never been to Australia. Category Kaiju spiders. A salad bowl and a vinyl LP won't cut it. If you can't find it again, you evacuate the country.
first saw phil on Qi, and really enjoyed his style. glad the youtube algebra team suggested this one to me! and as someone who loves the Apollo missions, and own a Jim Lovell autographed copy of "Lost Moon" (the basis of the film), that bit was absolutely fantastic!
If I see one I can’t just get the trainer of doom…which is why there is currently in my living room under a small glass bowl on top of a piece of card with a weight on top of it waiting for my other half to come home. Who I also afraid of spiders.
Legit, but are you saying he is or isn't vulgar? I think these jokes are beautifully imagined and executed, and that the swearing now and then is for emphasis
The spider routine always makes me laugh. I love this show, and Phill's style and cadence is brilliant.
1000% :)

The routine about the lions is one of my favourite ever stand up bits, absolutely perfect.
Def. The lions, the Brits in space and the spider categories bits are unforgettable.
@@voskorbia oh DO grow up Gavin!. Love it.
@@Jake-d8d xD
I did wonder why we don't hear much of Phil Jupitus anymore. And this old stand-up has answered it for me 😂

Agree. Came here straight after watching Russell Kane who is at the top of his game & never disappoints : & thought this was very average.
@@sarahholland2600 Bear in mind this is like twenty-five years old. Comedy is always building on what came before.
I must watch this at least once a month, I love this set so much
I love that at 29:20 the camera man is laughing so much the footage is wobbling slightly
As far as all time classic stand up routines go Eddie Izzard Dress to kill, Marcus Brigstoke planet corduroy and THIS, so pleased to see it back on her
Thanks for the Brigstock recommendation, I'll check it out. You might like Randy Feltface's Randy Writes A Novel set.
Thanks for the reminder, it’s time to revisit Corduroy - an absolute stormer! Bitumen 😂
Delighted to find this 😂. Was trying to explain the lions routine to my younger brother and did not do it justice
Bought this on VHS. Great to see it again. Thanks.
Cheers for putting this out here x
Category 2 walking like Adam ant 😂😂 cheers for the upload pal!

This guy is so visual in his Comedy it's amazing
"Children, let us never speak of the Old Kitchen again for it is a Place of Evil!" 😅
xD
20 years old
Absolute classic. Fantastic to see it again.
Absolutely. One of my top all time favs, never gets old
Brilliant! Phill's bloody genius!
This man is too funny for words! My ribs are sore from laughing! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bloody brilliant
The spider poem is “if you wish to live and thrive then let the spider run alive”
Yo! I had no idea that was a real thing! That makes this bit so much richer, especially 20 years later. Cheers bro!
@@voskorbia cheers!

I like the music at the start
That Clinton bit got me.
I lost it at "Mmmm... Interns."
Haha. Such a spot on Homer impression
55:50 some of the best comedy ever
I actually had Aragog in my flat a couple of months ago. It was so beyond a category 3 it was a 4.
"For ease of nutterage" might be my new favorite English expression
It's a good'un, been hearing it in my head for like 20 years haha.
28:39 - 29:10 Bluddy hell.
He nailed that.
5:30 Dads getting possessive over their daughters' bodies is creepy as fuck.
I think it's fatherly protectiveness, hammed up for the gag :P
It's great, yet very of it's time.
It is, but the rewatch value is ridiculous
Why won't he move?
Oh right, say it again...
Gumbel-Eh.....Jeldee Jeldee!
😂
just brilliant haha 🤣😅😂
11:22 Eddie Izzard impression 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ik, it's so spot on :DD

Quite an unfortunate situation you're in! xD
Brilliant.
It really is! Hilarious!...
Is he from the North Country, he sounds like Capt. Jack Sparrow 😂😂
Laughs in Australian in 2023
Wow!....He really is as bad as his reviews!
Shame but thanks for watching!
Phill can do a much better Homer Simpson than this... you can see in his face it doesn't come out so well here
P.S. two Ls in "Phill"
Not for me . Move on .
That's A-OK! More for me ;p
It requires no talent to swear and a lot more to be creative. I abhor vulgarity.

Any Chan puts every website he mentioned to shame. Then there's the darkweb.
