CELEBRATING WOMAN ~ the G-d fearing Woman
Shabbat is a time when the woman of the home is praised, extolled and loved on! In light of Mother's Day as well, we are releasing this new music video on the Proverbs 31 'Woman of Virtue' to honor all Jewish women and non-Jewish women who love and fear YHVH, in particular all mothers! My Mom of course, first and foremost, for her strength, sacrifices and gift of life and to all my other holy mothers around the world and in Israel who have embraced Mi* and always pray for Mi* His Beloved to be strong as a Watchman on the Wall and a Gatekeper in Jerusalem! Thank you for being a strong force in the world and in the Kingdom / Malchut haShamayim and thank you for helping to usher & birth forth GEULAH / Redemption to Israel & to the nations of the world that are called by His Name (Amos 9:11-13)

I certainly don't understand the words in this song, but I understand this is a song about the God-fearing woman, like her in Proverbs 31. She really should be sung much more about in our days! Where can one find her today? We should dear, like you do, to say how much a woman like that is wanted as a role model for all women. But of course, then men also have to be God-fearing men of God Yehovah, to deserve such a woman!
Lars H. Alhaug he's actually singing some of the words of Proverbs 31. It is a popular song in Hebrew Siddurs (prayer books). It's called אשת חיל Eyshet Chayil.

1st let me say I am delighted by your music in general and thank G* for u. I hope to share some insight into this specific video as a woman of faith and a fellow artist. Ya* included women in His ministry at a time when they were marginalized and subjugated. Many scenes in this video (with loving intention) shows a woman backed into a corner, overshadowed and overpowered by a room full of men far larger and louder than her. And while they say they are honoring her ( in sincere intent), they don't seem to truly SEE her and understand her. Not to mention the scenes of a woman exhausted from cooking and cleaning a large home while everyone else is having fun and she just needs to catch her breath. The scenes of her opening the Sabbath prayers are perfect. The modesty of the woman dancing is sweet too. I feel many visual scenes are incongruent with the message. PLEASE try again. I know u can and have the 💓. Try a shot of a young bride full in pregnancy and her loving husband kneeling to speak lovingly to the babe in her womb. Try the family dinner scene again, but with her joyfully carrying a bowl to the table, while her husband follows her with a heavy platter, and a youth to her side removing an apron worn while helping Mom prepare the meal. As such, she becomes the orchestrator, a leader and teacher, as well as the nurturing, hard working, love in action woman. And for the dance - have scenes of her in the fields (like u in many of your videos) or in her own patio garden, lush, wisely full of fruit trees and healthy herbs to heal and nourish her family, and she lifts up her hands and heart to G* joyfully giving thanks for her well tended garden and home and her appreciative, loving family. And add a scene of her in later years, dancing in the arms of her adoring husband; one of her grown son joyfully entering the house to visit and bring her grandbabies to hold in her arms; One of her attending the University graduation ceremony of her daughter with younger children by her side; of her at a podium as a teacher; of women serving others as Doctor, Librarian, Artist; or in groups working neighborhood farms; church theater, political campaigns, publishing news, even being involved in helping to create your video itself or directing some other broadcast... But in all of them, show the people around her are seeing her with appreciation and cooperating with her to some goal that edifies the family/community/humanity. Show her being lifted up to a place of honor by the man she loves. Let the musicians take a humble part (the video is not about them). Show the musicians in a symphony box below a stage with a group of women joyfully engaged in Davidic Dancing, leading worship... And if it's mother's day, then as they finish the dance their families rise to join them and present them with flowers, applause, and hugs. These visual images reveal women empowered to not merely work behind the scenes as abused, marginalized, down trodden - as partners who are cherished, respected, joyfully celebrating life and love, and who have value to offer the community even if they never married, or are widowed, or childless, or crippled, etc. Proverbs 31, does NOT speak of a shy, intimidated, submissive wall flower hiding in a corner with her head down like this video. It teaches us of a woman who is good in business and appreciated for it, who is a teacher and leader, a healer and nurturer and provider, who is creative and intelligent and active in powerful ways in the lives of her family members and the community they live in. Don't be afraid to show that power and the potential joy for both man and woman in living such a life, both honoring and uplifting each other.

Beautiful song. Just a bit of constructive criticism - when you're trying to honor a person in a video you should keep the focus on who you're honoring. You spend a lot of time directing the viewers focus onto you and not on the woman you say you're honoring. You sang a beautiful song in praise of women but kept jumping in front of her, dancing in front of her while she stood still or stood quietly in the corner. The video would have made your point better if you had set yourself aside and featured her. You featured yourself.

Point well taken! I must say that we did what we could under the circumstances. Abba knows we did everything out of the purity of our hearts! No one is thinking as you so eloquently put it at all! G-d forbid! She (Tal, the model/actress) is not actually singing hence she is featured less, seemingly just taking her position while she (Eshet Chayil) is being praised and honored with JOY by the man / husband (I was not married at the moment) so also a bit awkward to get more involved emotionally with this model. So from that perspective and on the other hand, what I see here and what was meant to be portrayed: is the man celebrating the woman with all of His might! He is so happy with her and is dancing and honoring her with great JOY! Sure the video could have been done a lot better but we did what we could with what we had and with the BUDGET that we had and with the time that we had and even the tiny room space that we had! Feel free to sponsor one of our music videos PLEASE and produce it to your heart's content and send the check to do it! I give all that I have back to the people by releasing my music FOR FREE and spending thousands of dollars out of pocket to make these with JOY and so it is really annoying sometimes to hear people complaining and they themselves aren't doing anything to advance the KINGDOM nor are they supporting what we do in any way shape or form...Constructive criticism is great but even better is a means or a solution to help make things better by financially supporting our ministry and what we do, for that is another level all together.

Righteousness, Peace & JOY in the Holy Spirit! You must have forgotten JOY! For that is what is displayed in the video for those who are free enough in the Spirit to see it! It's a fun song about honoring women on Shabbat evening...the Holy Spirit is fun too you know? Maybe you don't! King David danced and got naked before the crowd as he brought the Ark to Jerusalem ~ the Holy Spirit was there too you know and his wife, Michal, at the time complained against him and she became barren the rest of her life! So I would be very careful if I were you! Shalom, shalom!
