- This breakfast recipe is absolutely delicious and my favourite breakfast sandwich Hack! The crispy one pan egg toast filled with bacon and cheese is one of the best breakfast recipes that you can make. It takes only 5 minutes and breakfast is served. The potential for this Egg Sandwich is limitless, you can put just about anything in it. I use Bacon, Gouda Cheese and Mozzarella but you can add whatever you like. This breakfast egg sandwich will make you addicted!! 😋

Ingredients:
2 Slices of white bread
Butter
2 Chicken eggs
Salt
Pepper
4 Slices of bacon
1 Slice of gouda cheese
1 Slice of mozzarella cheese
I used a 28cm non stick pan.

Just made two of these tonight for my son and myself. Fun to make and delicious! The only problem I had was when I flipped the tortilla over onto the glass lid - it stuck very badly. My son had to help pry and scrape it off the lid back into the pan - it did not slide at all. Any idea why the tortilla stuck so much? Great recipe otherwise!!

Looks so delicious! But I would add vegetables.
I left them out to have more space for more bacon 🤣 but of course vegetables also fit in great.
You wouldn't even need any meat even though I love bacon. Too much cheese for me so 1 slice is enough. Neat way to incorporate the eggs on toasted bread. Looks really Good.
I'm using almost the same recipe, except I'm using salami instead of bacon and adding 3 teaspoons of milk and one teaspoon of sugar in the egg mix, then a few green onions. It was a great video. I loved how clean your camerawork was and enjoyed the music and the cooking sound. So you got a new sub! Bets wishes from Türkiye!

Y también que la tortilla esté bien cuajada, pero por los dos lados de la tortilla porque sino, eso sería un gran problema para las personas que somos alergicas al huevo, que en éste caso y en mi caso de lo que tengo alergia es a la yema, pero cruda o poco hecha, ya que las proteínas de la yema es de lo que a mi me dan las reacciones y yo quiero contarlo, como décimos en Badajoz, (España).

This is just a plain omelette with a few extra things thrown into it. Just use a bit of imagination to make it lovely and tasty
And a burger is just a steak with a few differences
To your point, there are ways to add more flavor but I bet this would taste good.

Savory meat ✅
Carb ✅
Butter and bacon fat ✅
Like what would you even add? Could add a bit of crème to the eggs, could get maybe get a dipping sauce, maybe some green onions or even red onions!
But like damn your standards are high. I usually just make two fried eggs with salt pepper and a little bacon 😅

Yes, because bacteria on the shell could enter your mixture if you crack on the edge of a bowl. I think it's exaggerated, just rinsing off the eggs solves the problem.
