I think konami has made finesse dribbling way more effective than it should be. I learnt to do match up just 1-2 months ago, before that I defended just by using pressure and manually blocking passing lines and still reached division 2. But after the update, even division 4-5 players are doing finesse dribbles effectively, and without match up, you can't even reach division 3.
