I have no problem with free to play games selling cosmetics, thats how they earn money with a free game. But having to buy a character with different mechanincs is basically that, paying for gameplay mechanics, thats a no no for me 😅

Exactly. Micro transactions for cosmetics is fine. But I’m not okay with games pulling that for playable characters.

at this point, i stay away from free to play games altogether/online only games. i dont care what it is. just release a full game for a good price and no microtransactions.

@@ElNintendoReviewerHe will be free next season, so they are behind a temporary paywall for new characters. Not ideal, but far from the worst for a game that originated as a mobile game.
