Love the copper accents on the exterior to break up the green.
I love seeing all of the "reruns". They never get old. What a relaxed and charming home. I'm so glad they didn't waste money painting it. The green really fits the area. All of the wood accents add so much and really break up the green.
Very cute house. I’m most impressed how you were able to create warmth with floors, beams & that stunning stained glass. Great job, Ben & Erin.
It's beautiful. Love the yard......
The wood bench in front of the outdoor fireplace is the best feature. The angles are perfect (thank you, Ben's brother) to join the 3 sides into the right shape.
Another winner. I’m never disappointed. ❤❤❤
Just beautiful 🤩
We had our aluminum siding professionally painted back in 2004 for under $1,000. It still looks great.
Another beautiful renovation! I love the green exterior and I'm glad they kept it, even if it was because the budget forced a decision about it.
It looks fantastic. Lucky couple.
Stained glass window and the rug in the kitchen are maybe my favorite things here. One of my new favorite color combinations is pale ecru and taupe. Think of a Weimaraner. Maybe a splash of soft muted coral or sagey green. So pretty. 🙂
You pick a dog to describe a color, that is too funny, some people are probably wondering what you are talking about. I am 63, and when I was 17 I met my first Weimaraner, he was lost, luckily I found a flier and got him home. Their coloring is so beautiful.
@@Violet316 I was about to look up what that is.
@@L.Spencer You should still look it up, they are very interesting to look at and the coloring is absolutely beautiful.
Beautiful finished product. It kills me to see perfectly good cabinets shredded and thrown in dumpsters. Would be nice to see a gentler hand and a trip to a restore.
Such a great home for entertaining!
Just gorgeous!
Beautiful!
I loved the stained glass and the bench outside!
Beautiful. As allways 😍
A beautiful home and backyard. Sweet couple Llke you
That is very nice !♥️
Good job!! 👌👍
I love your family and I'm so glad your girls will be raised in the country. Omg I'm so glad yall got another Baker!!!
I like Home Town it is a good show they do a wonderful job the home is gorgeous beautiful good shape good condition
Just beautiful! I loved the mosaic stained glass too!
I usually love the homes on this show, but I have a criticism when it comes to this home: the tile work. There is grout missing on the narrow tiles on the side of the hearth. It also looks wonky--like a poor solution to too big of tiles. The narrow tiles should have gone around the entire perimeter of the hearth to make it look like the thin tiles were on purpose. The white grout or caulking on the outside edge is sloppy looking, too.
I don't know if it's necessary to have grout between the bricks of the outside fireplace but it looks like it could easily be pushed over with one shove.
I think Ben and Erin need to find a new tile installer.
WOW!
I really thought the soft green color was lovely. It's also low maintenance. Why would you paint it?
À casa ficou muito graciosa 🌻🇧🇷🌻✨
Love it great video 😁.
lovely
I thought the outside was supposed to be painted? Looks great. I like the kitchen the most.
yeah well, 35 thousand dollars plus changed her mind real quick lol
The decor makes the home,
After staging do you take all the furniture out and they bring in there own?
They use the owners furniture normally.
Leave it to Erin and Ben to make gray bearable.
How much of the furniture belongs 5o the customers? Can they buy what's not theirs? Is there a discount available?
❤❤❤
Anybody know color of kitchen cabinets?
Ben's wanting catch up to the flipping Elmussas charging 35k,for painting aluminium siding and 25k for paint new bench kitchen,! I suppose the end valuation profits is Napier's not client
I real front porch would have looked and felt better coming and going. The archways inside could have been widened. Otherwise, looks good.
I thought they said they didn’t like a great green house but that is what they got. Also, the kitchen was gray and then the reveal showed all white?????? I enjoy watching your creative show. Just was a little confused on this one.
Please allow closed captioning in the future??!
And I would have begged or borrowed for the funds to paint the house a color I really wanted.
A slightly different version of this video mentions that the budget was maxed out halfway through the reno (probably replacing the roof), so it was agreed the green siding would remain. I think it looks great, and fortunately, when it was all said and done, the couple liked it too.
Buy a different house.
Lo quiero en español por favor gracias
Horrible idea with the dog bowl and water dish in that drawer.
I saw the water slosh around when the door was opened.
Furthermore, while the pet is eating, the open door impedes traffic.
👎
You are so right, also the dog keeps pushing the drawer shut as they try to use it. This renovation was actually done several years back. I lived in the house for a summer while working for this couple.
Dr Now ?
Now it's the Phat House
How do you recycle the demo material, any codes or moral standards?
Didn't the homeowner say they don't like the color green???? but yet the outside of their houses is GREEN.WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BLUE GRAY U SAID U WERE GOIN TO PAINT
Budget.
They didn't have the budget to repaint the exterior, its said in the full episode.
They couldn't afford everything that they wanted, so chose to forgo painting the outside for now. I saw this whole show, that's how I learned this. Hope it's helpful.
When I watched the original full episode, I was so relieved to see that they didn't end up painting it because the paint was in really good condition, and it was a really nice color. All it needed was a little tweaking. Painting it would have been a waste of money.
Erin always paint the houses in Green. So they convinced the girl, It would be very expensive for change the ugly Green paint.
This is from several years ago. Not sure why it's taken so long to come out. Laurel is a poor town, hard to make it there. I'm pretty sure this couple doesn't even live there anymore.
Beautiful!
