To clarify, the Vampire Hunters are smart with combat. Aiden looked deceased when they found him in the garbage, they came to two conclusions. Either he was already dead or would bleed out and die. (Which the latter is what was happening.) So they left him there to suffer thinking he would bleed to death, but thankfully that didn't happen as the listener rescued him.
Yeah I understand how smart the vampire hunters must be but I still think (I'm saying if this was a real life case) if they were that serious about having Aiden dead it would be a case where they should at least make sure of it. But I am glad they didn't because I am NOT letting Aiden die like that. Ain't no way.

If I were an Ex-Vampire Hunter, I would say that the reason I don't hunt vampires anymore is because you might never know possibly, VERY possibly, if there would be one that seems innocent, kind, helpful, caring and friendly. Just like Aiden for example, even though he's been a vampire for a short time but that doesn't mean he should hate himself for it. He's not a monster, he's perfect just the way he is.
Whose chopping onions in my house? This was just so sweet and cute, I just can't even right now. You know you've done a fantastic job when you make your listeners cry.
I discovered you recently and watched part 1 just yesterday, that's perfect timing! Also i got a rollercoaster of feelings in this one, from pancake-hunger over sobbing to being happy and laughing at the end. This definetly made my back pain tolerable and i would love to hear more from our gorgeous vamp boi Aiden! 🥹❤️

My gosh, Nyx! This was such a beautiful sequel to Aiden’s story arc. Not joking when I say, you made me cry with this one. The way you told Aiden’s story of survival with the amount of pain and emotion in your voice was heartbreakingly beautiful. Yet, you still give this character a sense of hope as well which is amazing to see as he still has more to his journey. You seriously do exceptionally well in the fantasy realm as well as the realistic realm. Amazing job once again, Nyx! Can’t wait to hear more of his story and of your work! 😊 BRAVO!

I love the implication that he was woken up in the middle of the night by hunters banging on the door, had to scramble out of the house to get away, and decided to put on THOSE clothes WITH THE CAPE. No time for passport, money, not even his phone, BUT THE CAPE IS A MUST!
I mean, when you think about it, the cape is very important. He mentioned that it helps protect him from the sun.
