He's not a dirty player and it was a misjudged hit that was too borderline to be safe. You live and learn. Those two may not be the most skilled players but I love how heavy they're making the Leafs and playing against this team hard and punishing.
Grebs has potential, but the kid has been in North America for only a hot minute. As good as he plays now, I think with time in the AHL to develop and the right coaching he can elevate his game to be what Knies has become.

They said his positioning & reading the play that is often hard to identify when limited to just TV, is absolutely solid. They think he is years ahead of other 20 yr old guys in playing the game the right way. Evidently Berube agrees. The Leafs should give him a serious look before trading assets for another deadline rental. Maybe he can cut it as a 3C, as Berube said, in his view he just needs more NHL reps.
