Michigan also respects the fuck out of 621, he spends the entire mission talking about how outclassed they are (the Balam MT Squad) and shutting down anyone who disrespects you
G1 Michigan, the only one who upon winning, instead of mocking you or having a new target to go after... focuses on helping others now that the battles over. Probably my favorite character overall, even though I keep ruining his field trips.
He really cares for those under his wing to. During one of the missions he addresses all of his comrades by name. He's too good for Rubicon, such a cruel place
You can actually hear him carrying the burden of all the dead under his command if you die during Intercept. It's in his voice. He's in pain. All under the coarse surface, that man suffers. Amazing voice performance.
Iguazu ending out being the true final boss of the game is actually so insanely cool. Ive heard other people complain that it isnt as emotional as the others, and I get that. But Iguazu was definitely there in the background, hinting at what's been going on and your final encounter just makes all the pieces fall into place so perfectly. I love it.
Not enough people appreciate that Iguazu flat out OVERWROTE A SUPER AI. The dude was so salty/stubborn, a hyper-intelligent Overlord AI had to obey him AFTER he was assimilated. That's why AllMind called him a mistake. His Ego was that strong.
He wanted true freedom which he gambled away. He envied that 621 - a fellow 4th gen pilot like him - was truly free, as he could pick and choose his fights, something which a lot of AC pilots don't seem to have the luxury of in such a war-torn world. Iguazu probably didn't believe in either Balam or the Redguns, and you can see he didn't believe in Allmind's big plan either. He never really fought for anything but himself, and even in the last fight it becomes clear he only fights 621 out of envy. He was an augmented human who wanted to be free from control. He didn't want to be assimilated into anything or be a part of any group. He just wanted to be his own being. (Though I will say, his reason for being turned into an augmented human is a bit weak, they could have given that part of his story something that hits a little instead of just literally gambling it away. Maybe this will get explored in future AC6 DLC?)
for me fighting a dumbass crybaby who keep trash talking and never accept he have serious skill issue as final boss isn't satisfied at all lol, feel more annoying instead of cool
V.III O'Keeffe's line definitely has me convinced that at the end of the All Mind route, everyone is fused with their ACs. He says you die while you're still human, leading me to think you just get melded with the AC themselves when the Coral Release happens. It's crazy how much more to the story their victory lines add, lots of hints and openings to other stories.
Nah, he's thinking about what happened with Iguazu, but Allmind was defeated and shutdown. The ending is more like the Coral and Humanity has to find a common future.
Absolutely correct and rare since many go for Carla first. Same if you get him to laugh, then kill him and then due to Carla. She's quite full of venom for you.

Most of the bosses with defeat lines have different lines for when they are close to defeat, id love to see another video collecting all of those lines
On the log recovery mission after Wallclimber, there's a downed AC at the bottom of the pit in the middle of the mission area. Approach it and Ziyi will attack

Because it was only a temporary reprieve, they will send Rusty in next and he knows.while he can take down one, they are still being whittled down.

You missed a lot of the death lines that happen after getting the boss down to half health. Ayre has one for example.
Yea, if she kills you when she is at 50% or below she says with a depressed tone "you were....the only one"
If you get killed by Ayre after depleting half of her AP, you'll hear a different dialogue
Same with Walter
walter has a second death line if you get his health down enough
Cataphract has one more line if you die after taking a half of his hp. And Ayre too.

For the Chatty and Carla fight if you get Chatty to laugh then die you'll hear a different dialogue, if I remember correctly.
