I agree, I never understood the big hype about having outside TV’s.
👍
"Don't ramble" oh I love her 🤣. Great video. Totally agree with ya on everything. Even the squeak suppressor when walking around X chocks. What is Jack Box! Great episode
😂 so jackbox can be downloaded via Xbox or steam it’s like a family quiz games you all play using your phones
I gotta have my outdoor TV. Outdoor Jackbox games is the best.
But only when leslie chucks her stylus in the fire 🤣🤣
I don't have an outdoor TV and I don't miss it a bit. Don't really watch much either. Love your videos
Glad it’s not just us 😄
Sure the X chocks take the squeak out 😂 😉😉. We have a funny story about that when we pulled into a site 😂😂. Great video! Jeremy
RV just means another set of tools/toys to have with you.
Don’t encourage him 😂😂
We agree with the outdoor TV, we use our outdoor carpet in different places. They are great where there is a lot of rock or sand but we don't use it every time
Yeah it was pretty handy in sandy sites!
I will use my rug like a sidewalk running along side the trailer specially when it's muddy.
Yes ! And with sand it’s been pretty handy
Love you guys so much!! 🤣 Lawrence that is the smoothest you have ever done your outro 🤣 good job! I am a camp host from mid April to October 1st and I do not have an outdoor tv and won't ever use one!! LOL So I am with you on that one! I also use the same water regulator as you have..essential for sure!! I use a ring doorbell as well and other outdoor camera's for my safety! I also have the keypad lock on my camper door and absolutely LOVE it!! I do use an outdoor rug on part of my patio...the paved part I do not but the dirt part I do...do not want the mud it would create there!! We use the X chocks as well! Another essential if you are in a 5th wheel is the stand on the front of the camper hitch for stability..game changer for sure!! My #1 essential outside is lights I know a lot of people don't like them but I have lots of outdoor lights but I have them on a dimmer so they stay on the lowest setting...hate darkness outside the camper! Absolutely love your vlogs!!
Cheers guys appreciate the feedback! Our friends used to camphost and also said the same about outdoor lights especially for safety!
Can a man really have enough? I think not!! I love my Viair! A must have for all RVers. You know you're right about that outside TV, it's hard to see, no matter the conditions. . Let's just sit outside and have a cocktail. JS! Great stuff guys, so much valuable info. Thanks for allowing us to be part of this month's collaboration.
Thanks for joining us this month! Really enjoyed your video 🤩🥰
Good Video! We use an outdoor RV Matt that does not kill the grass. It works really well.
LOL, we loved that you didn't recommend an outdoor TV, but recommended a large outdoor projector!......Natalie needs to buy you a good tool box!!!!
Don’t encourage him 🤣
Wow this was very thorough!! We enjoyed everything with your great sense of humor. Squeak Squeak I was cracking up. You brought up a few things we are really considering. Well done!
Cheers guys 😄😁
We can't live without our 22 inch Blackstone...do a full breakfast every Sunday and even in winter we cook on it
We just take it in the garage.
Don't blame you for no outside TV & I could prob live with that...BUT...during the hockey season we will be glued to a TV somewhere 😊.
Will need some kind of camera set up, cause with the toys out beside the rig...I need to make sure they stay there.
I need to research Halo...need a dash cam...big time in the truck.
Cheers and hope to see yall soon 😊😊1‼️
We have a blackstone at the homebase also, and although no winters here we still use it in the summers, Natalie just places a bunch of fans around me 🤣🤣
Xchocks....Laurence is a lucky man
🤣🤣
Some RV parks require heated water hoses in the US. A twin size fitted sheets works for the outdoor tables.
Great tips! Thanks Melissa 😃
Love the X Choks!
They definitely help 😄
Great stuff in this video. We’re on our 4th RV and have over 300,000 miles of experience and I found your essential stuff to be spot on
Thanks Rob 😀👍
Lawrence, you’re fantastic that’s the smoothest you’ve ever done that 😉😜
🤣🤣👏👏
Hopefully they have come up with an RV Lock for the motorhome! Haven't found one yet. We also have 3 sewer hoses, you just never know! Now to go watch the rest of the collaborations! Love you guys! See you in January!
Cheers Cindy! Did flag arrive?
Yes it did! Thank you !@@BrazenBrits
It's interesting to see the eb & Flo of what we "need" over time. I use my outdoor TV frequently, but only because I have a firestick in it and it's already there. I'd not go get one if we didn't have one, but its nice for background music and I watch my youtubes while I cook. As for other stuff we had to have and don't use: xchocks-on our 1st rig (a travel trailer) absolutely loved it; on our 5th wheel with 6 point hydraulic leveling, I find it doesn't help at all. I think I agreed with the rest of your list, lol.
That’s a good point, I imagine it would be good for background noise whilst cooking 👍
Yes just understand outdoor tv
Another gem of a video guys. Totally agree with everything you said. We bought so much stuff at first but for our trip into the USA this winter we had a good old clear out. The rig must be 200 lbs lighter.
Yup! It’s annoying there are so many “just incase” items because they really take up room!
We just traded in our grand design for a motorhome. It does not have RV locks unfortunately, it was great not having to carry a key. I like my hanger extender for in the shower. I hang up both sides and use those open ends as hooks to dry bathing suits and towels.
Yes us too! Great for extra towel hooks 😄
We had so many of your items on our RV Essentials! LOL Great Collab!!
😃👍
We carry a Blackstone, a small Pit Boss smoker and a mini Weber grill. We very rarely cook indoors and when we do it’s usually with the Instapot. Agree with Laurence about the tool box.I also carry a bin full of power tools also. I’m surprised that none of the creators mentioned “solar”.
Good point, especially as Waggs just had some installed. Guess they haven’t reaped the benefits yet 😄
RVLocks now have silicone number replacements. We upgraded ours in the Springs and so far so good.
No way! Thanks for the tip!!
Yes, and there is a YT video on how to take apart the lock to install it. Took me about 10 minutes per lock.
Our fist watch. Sub. No outside TV for us. Now I know how to stop the squeaky.
Walking 😜🤣🤣
Also install the Bluetooth bridge for the RV Lock and you don’t need the key fob or use the number pad since you always have your phone with you.
Oh. Is that an RV Lock product, or home configured?
You put a lot of thought into making this video. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
We enjoy our outdoor TV when we can use it. Bugs, wind, rain, to cold 😂-
So twice a year? 😂😂
@@BrazenBrits That’s about it! But so nice when you can & then there is the glare issues from the sun! 😂
RV Lock has a replacement keypad without stickers. The numbers are molded into the keypad.
How many water regulators have you left behind? Me, just one. So far.
Just one for sure, several hose splitters 🤣🤣 will check out the new number pads!
Have definitely needed 3 hoses before but we were able to pull just a bit further back to reach. We love our Blackstone but we dropped it in favor of using our grill with a cast iron pan on top of it when we need. Great video!!
Yes saw that on your video ! Neat idea!!
Great collaborations. Loved the outdoor projector and or tv. And the Rv lock and the tire minder. The dog monitor and Solo Stove. I don’t think I would use the coat hanger either. I like the idea of having 3 sewer hoses. You never know if you lose one or forget one at the Rv park. I knew of someone who did that. It wasn’t me lol! A friend of mine did it while camping. These were great collabs you mentioned. Thank you for the collab. See you Sunday!
Awesome! Thank you Sherri 😄
Install MicroAir EasyStart on AC(s) and you can easily run one AC unit on a 2300W 50lb generator that is easy to store in my front storage compartment of my 5er. It also bails you out when you don’t have time to make sure your electrical upgrades are all running right before a trip. 😂
Yup, we have them! 👍👍👍👍
As the man who once threw away a little less than half of a cruller (donut) from Tom Horton’s in front of these tightwads, I can attest to their frugality!!!
🤣🤣 painful memories
Smmmooooooooth!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😊
🤣🤣
This year thy truck now carries it’s own, in the glove box, a dedicated measuring tape so I can measure the distance quickly n sqeeze in using one sewer hose without a homer simpson ‘doh!’ moment of having to dig out the spare to extend lol. 🍻
Not just a pretty face Spykers 😜😄 great tip!
@@BrazenBrits 😂
Love watching you two. Love when Natalie was explaining the noise without the x-chocks, made me laugh. Stay safe guys.
😁😁
Great to do these Collabs with you guys! Great list.. we carry 3 sewer hoses as well... and have used all of them. On Starlink.. Don't need it and don't have it. Blackstone.. have it.. never use it. Again.. Love your list! Thanks for sharing.
It’s great to see everyone’s different opinions and uses on things. That’s why we love the collaborations 🥰
Great video guys!!
Thanks so much Dean!
I carry a pancake type air compressor, 150 lbs pressure, only 100 dollars.
Oohh will check that out!
Watch dog surge protector 👍🏼
Ahhh great one!! Totally should have been on the list 👍
I WANT STARLINK!!
Get it then 😆😆
maybe... when we get some Christmas money 🤣@@BrazenBrits
Things needed, A lot of coffee
🤣🤣 ☕️
In 3 years I’ve gone thru 2 locks and it’s $400 for a new one.
😨 oh wow! We heard there customer service was pretty good? But yeah they are getting pretty expensive. I have since heard there is a new one on the market half the price. We’ll have to check it out!
Viair a must, need a tool bag with lots of pockets, starlink a must, generator a must for Drycamping, no way on outdoor rv, no coat hanger extension, no paw cleaner, we don’t have a fire pit but like it when friends have them, YES outdoor rug, a must, always use sunshade, use screw in pegs, yes picnic cover, yes on rv locks locks, get the upgraded keypad, tpms a must, chocks absolutely NOT nessasary, get a 5th wheel, level mate good but not necessary, water regulator, ALWAYS., gas grill vs Blackstone , grill wins. , our house was filled with smartthings. Projector/glamper. So you are the loud outdoor tv watching blaggards. Larry
🤣 love all your different opinions and uses. I guess for sure our list would be a little different in a fifth wheel
I would be ok with no tv at all. Best part of rving is unplugging as much as possible.
But then how would we watch our favorite RUclipsrs 😄😄
A Blackstone is a GRIDDLE not a GRILL. GRIDDLES are great for pancakes and eggs, but for a steak you need a GRILL.
He only said grill once, n in a context of ya know what he meant, bit jumpy AREN’T ya? 😂
Laurence, you're fantastic! That's the smoothest you've ever done that! Or, LYFTTSYEDT. Not quite as easy as C4YT, I'll have to work on that.
🤣🤣👏👏
